Great food, great service, and huge servings for price paid. If you're after flash decor and great scenic location probably not the place to choose, but if you just after a good meal with no dramas than definitely recommend it

The girls on the front counter are just simply rude. A good lesson in Customer Service wouldn't go astray. Better still find new front counter staff

Customer service is terrible and the manger of the restaurant is absolutely ignorant and rude. Do not recommend this place for anyone.

We had it delivered, it was anazing. My partner doesn't like Chinese yet he ate most of it. He was amazed how fresh and tasty all the food we got. Would give them a 11/10 that's how happy we are. We will order again

Went last year nice, went with son & grandies tonight, not good at all, coke warm told young lady coke warm said its out of fridge, mmm but when was it put in fridge, brought me glass with ice, food had funky taste yuk, won't be wasting my money there again, thumbs down maybe its changed owners? Can't beat New Panda at Quinns

I was excited to finally try the Chinese a lot of my friends and family had been recommending but when I got there, the food seemed undercooked and the manager was rude to her staff. This Is not somewhere I would now recommend after seeing their quality of food and also their choice of certain staff members.

I had high expectations for this restaurant as i had been recommended by a few friends. However, when i arrived i was shocked to see what appeared to be the manager treating the staff and customers with little respect. Because of this i do not recommend coming here, there are plenty of other options for food around the Joondalup region. All it takes is to read some of the other top reviews for this place to realise they need to sort out their attitudes towards customers and their staff

To start off my review I would just like to say that the customer service by the girls who work at the restaurant is lovely and I couldn’t have asked for better service so thank you. Now the manager is rude and obnoxious towards the staff and other customers that I have watched come in and order their meals. The manager yells at the staff for the smallest things and doesn’t show her face much around the restaurant. The food was mediocre I’m just appalled at the way the staff are treated.

Disappointed is all I can say. Im new to the area and saw the good reviews so thought id try it out. The manager was snidey to her staff and the batter tasted like absolute rubber!

I ordered two Chicken omelettes and a bag of prawn crackers costing $32. There was no chicken in my husband's omelette and 3 of the finest bits in mine. Heaps of mushrooms. I rang to complain and all that could be offered was a 10% discount on a next order. Terrible customer service. I would not order from here again.

Just had take away, first went here many years ago when the food was great, as for what we have just been served was absolute rubbish. Will not return.

Food is very good.service is good too.the decorations inside is not the best. I recommend take away. Prices are reasonable.

I think this is the best Chinese restaurant around here. Don't know any others that have the pork ribs I enjoy.

Enjoyed the Customer Service we were very well looked after, there was more than enough food and very tasty. Would recommend for a relaxing night out.

Went into the restaurant to pick up a menu on the way home. Came home and tried to place an order for Banquet B - $46.
The girl told me it was $49?
I explained the menu states $46, for which she told us was an old menu.
After much debate i offered to pay $46 + $5 delivery or id cancel the order altogether.
To our surprise she declined and was happy for us to cancel the order of $51! All over $3!
Very unprofessional!
