Mullaloo Chinese Restaurant

Ordered takeaway many times over the passed few months and it's always perfect. When I order a dish, it's always the same as the time before, I do enjoy a bit of consistency!
Plenty of meat in their dishes too, 10/10.

I have been going here for years, used to love it, unfortunately the last few times the food has been inedible. Dont know whats going on but tonights meal was a gelatinous blob of yuk. Lost a long time customer

If i could give zero stars i would, customer service is absolutely appalling.i ordered before it was busy and was told it would take 20 minutes only to come down there twice and be told both times it would take another 20 minutes minimum as other orders were being prepared albeit being told when ordered they did not have any orders waiting.when i asked to speak to a manager she didn’t offer any apology and just made excuses obviously uninterested in resolving the issue.would never go back as this has happened twice now and the food is okay at best.someone seriously needs to fix this place as the employees and management do not care about their customers at all and should be shut down for how abysmal it is

Rang order through at 6pm asked to pik up at 6.45pm. Daughter went to pik up waited till 7.55 to get order. Will not be buying from here again. Those poor girls at front desk.

Ordered two special fried rice dishes and Kwai Twai, the fried rice was tasteless, bland and lacking ingredients, not much different to
eating plain steamed rice, the only difference is that steamed rice is alot cheaper, the Kwai Twai was better though, but for fried rice it's absolute rubbish. I won't bother going back.

Terrible, called to order and was told 20 minutes pick up. Got there after 20 minutes and had to wait a further 40 minutes before my order was ready.
Told me they got really busy after I called, yet not one person was seated eating.

Fantastic Customer Service
Vicky on the front counter was absolutely fantastic. A big smile greeting at the door & just willing to please. Congratulations to Mullaloo Chinese Restaurant fo hiring this young lady.

Had to drive back to pick up the spring rolls they had left put of my order. Very average all round

I won't be going back.
Love my Chinese take away but the food from here was unimaginative, bland, soggy, tasteless and expensive.
The vegetables were not fresh and the meat chewy.
The noodles were obviously overcooked and then reheated.
Can't say anything about the table service but they said our order would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes when in reality it was probably double that.
As stated at the outset - Will never get food from there again.

Mediocre food & service. Meat was large tough chunks and sauces were bland. I would not go back.

Have given this place so many chances to get it right but same old same old. Staff are young and not trained even in taking phone orders. I specifically said No Prawns and even when they gave it to me they reiterated no prawns. Got home and Fried Rice was full of prawns (which we are allergic to!). Lucky I checked as this has happened before.
Will never eat here again.

Service is so slow. They say food will be ready in 20minutes and is ready in 50minutes. Poor service and not apologetic at all

It’s not the first time I’ve had poor service from this restaurant and it’s the last time. I ordered takeout Uber 18: 10 the time is 20: 15 had to phone to find out they only just sending 2hrs later and no apology. ️️️

Great location, with great food but seriously overpriced and often way too busy, feels quite jammed. Anyways so good that the beach is right there.

For takeaway this Chinese is great. Nice selection, fast, tasty and not too pricey. For dine in it’s not great. The only waitress was too busy with phone orders to attend to the dine in patrons. There is absolutely no ambience whatsoever and layout isn’t great.

So disappointed by the lack of service at this place! Ordered at 5.23pm, told it would be $80.20 and 30 to 40 mins be delivered, come 6.30 I try call.phone doesn’t ring - we tried 46 time! Nothing phone off the hook. I then get two small children in the car and drive there at 7pm to be told “it’s being delivered” by the very unhelpful girl at the counter.
He finally turns up at my house 1 hour and 45mins late, and tells me it’s $110!
No apologies just happy to take my money and go.
This joints gone down hill so badly! I’ll happily take my money else where.

Food was good but they left out one dish for delivery
It arrived well after we had finished our meal as we didn't want the rest to go cold

I would give a 0/5 if it was possible.
We ordered food and after two hours of waiting it was cancelled without so much as a word.
I rang the restaurant and the young staff member was extremely unhelpful.
Don't waste your time just go somewhere else.

Great food, shame about the lack of customer service. The young girl behind the counter didn't even greet us on the way in or out of the restaurant. We were there an hour and a half and she didn't even check on our table once to see if we needed anything.

Very good chinese food only waited 15 mins have ad it before and never been let down will be back for sure
