Monsterella Pizza

Currently sits in my top 2 of gluten-free pizzerias in Perth, a bit far from The Canteen in Cottesloe, but ahead of Maruzella. They have clearly improved the recipe, and BYO is a compliment to the amazing food.

Pizza shop with own desserts! Head smash emoji. Probably one the best pizza places in Perth, hand made pasta and my god the panacotta is to die for. Not many restaurants pack punch in deserts space and this place defines what quality food, good service and delicious. Have taken heaps of friends here and these guys defiantly have a secret recipe. They are always busy and doing great.

Really yummy authentic pizza and lovely family business. Can get quite busy, especially when making a booking so prepare to be on the phone for a bit. In my experience, I found the pizza to be better when dining in as opposed to getting takeaway. They also don't charge a cakage fee if you want to bring your own cake which I have discovered to be quite rare these days!

Pretty good. Not the absolutely best one, but nice taste, friendly and quick service. (Franky) Pizza dough was a little bit too dry in my opinion, and (pesto) pasta was good, but a little tiny something seemed to be missing, maybe just a bit more pepper and salt. Would give 4.5 stars.

We celebrated my son's birthday here. The pizzas and Aglio olio pasta were great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The food here really IS good.to the extent you WOULD recommend it to others.there is a "special something" in how it is made which has it taste uniquely Deee lish!
There's a smidge extra to pay for it.yet the fact it was jam-packed with restaurant guests says everything you need to know.

I've had Monsterella a few times and it's always been pretty good but a couple days ago we got a pizza and the sausage was raw. Obviously it was disappointing but the worst part is that they make it really difficult to reach them about an issue. I tried to find a way to message them but there are none. I called and left a message and waited two days and no one has gotten back to me. I understand that mistakes can be made but that's why customer service is so important. I would have liked to talk to them about the issue but seeing that I can't get in contact, I'm leaving a review with pictures so hopefully they can see it and this doesn't happen with someone else.

Good service, yummy arrosticini, pizza is not bad, most of the time they are good. Love my aglio oglio. Thank you

The pizza is not bad. However let down by their rude customer service.

They treated their takeaway customer like a second class citizen. We were stupid waiting there for 45 minutes, but they served their dine-in customers who came after us in less than 20 minutes. No apology was given.

After years of wanting to try this place I think the hype let me down. The pizzas were tasty but lacked something.tbh I'm not in a hurry to go back

Pizzas and pasta were delicious. Would be great to see staff wearing their masks properly next time - only the person who served me had it covering her nose and mouth. Most staff had it on their chin or covering their mouth only.

What's not to love about this place.friendly staff, super-fast service, awesome pizza, blankets for outdoor dining, delicious cannoli. First time visit tonight.the Al, Diablo and Margherita flavours were so tasty and the sliced Italian sausage for entree was served quickly and with a smile. I don't understand the negative reviews bc we experienced nothing but pure joy here. Simple pizzas done really well.

The pizza, the salads, the service and staff were faultless. The atmosphere was fantastic.only one negative was the noise, lots of happy chatter but it resonated and you could hardly hear yourself speak, so everyone talked louder. I will be back because I still loved everything about this place.

The pasta here was excellent. The pizza was delicious but the base was so thin and soft it was a knife and fork job to eat and Im just a regular guy that likes picking pizza up I guess

Fantastic pizza, great ingredients and wonderful flavours. The inside looks fantastic, just grabbed a pick-up pizza last night and was great, as was the service and the vibe!

Had a perfect meal.carbonara and a pizza were amazing.pasta and the pizza dough were next level. Flavour was very balanced. I was not aware of BYO so i had my dinner without wine which was a bit sad but i will visit again with a bottle next time. Hightly recommended

My Italian from who is from the north part of Italy recommended me to go to this place for pizza. Indeed the pizza didn’t disappoint me and my other friend. Words are not enough to explain how good the pizzas and salad were. Definitely will go back again and try other dish.
Highly recommend this place and the best is to book as they were very busy even on a Wednesday night. Also, the staff were very friendly and polite.
My friend booked a table for two nights after and still only outside tables available. There were some blankets available for outdoor seating.

There is a lot of hype about this place but the pizza was nothing special. Adults pizza came out first then after a while the kids, never a good idea. Nice atmosphere but better pizza elsewhere.

The girl who served us looked annoyed to be talking to us. We ordered take away and only after we had paid did she notify us that it would be a 40 minute wait for our pizza, and no chance of us sitting anywhere as it was “booked out”. She was neither polite nor apologetic and chewed gum the entire time. Heard good things about this place - probably won’t be returning because of this employee’s attitude.

Pizza was very average. Went into Monsterella with high expectations based on what I have seen on social media and various blogs, but I was disappointed.
