Mister Walker Restaurant

My first visit under the current management. I was part of a group of 40. Food was quite good, although my slow cooked beef cheek was rather dry. Great ambiance and panoramic views of the river and city.

Had an iced coffee, it came at room temperature with a little ice, also the stainless steel counter burnt my arm, very hot.

Mister Walker restaurant is on the South Perth pier where the Perth ferry docks to go to the zoo.

Very uninspiring breakfast, scrambled eggs had no taste. Surely you could add some flavour ie tomatoes, onions or have two different types on the menu.
For free range scrambled eggs they were super pale. Bacon wrapped in a circle and cooked absolutely horrible inner bacon barely cooked
Would definately not go back for the price they charge

I like the view of swan in this restaurant.
The quality of food gets 4 star
Portion of it gets 3
And the staff get 5…

Good:
Great service, friendly staff, great views, gorgeous location, delicious oysters, free all day parking and cracked pepper available to complete bloody Mary's.

Bad:
Wait for drinks (ice had melted making them needing mixing & watery), aged music & only 2 ladies toilets.

Ugly:
Overpriced menu, parking availability, aged music & not disabled-access friendly.

What an awesome cozy place, location and the food was fantastic, especially my Rankin Cod cooked to perfection and everybody elses that was on our table.could not fault any of it and the service and staff was fantastic.definitely will be back.and the dolphin display was awesome. Thanks Mr Walker for putting them on for us:)

Have been here a couple of times. Nice spot, my parents like the view. Came here today trying to get a table, I saw it was busy but just wanted to get a quick coffee stop with parents as I saw there were people just left. The manager wasn't very friendly and said: "we are fully booked. I'm telling you we are on full capacity. #%#&@%@". Have been working in hospitality over 15 years myself, she could easily had some smile and said it in a little nicer way. Never once I told my customers "I'm telling you. $^&^&$#&". That attitude was unnecessary.

Although there were only 2 wait persons today on a Sunday, but the walker's team still deliver good services and delicious foods.:)

Beautiful views, amazing atmosphere, kind service and great food!
The food was to die for, we're definitely coming back! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing.
We had 2 toddlers and the service we received was above and beyond. They provided great kids options, cleaned what was spilled (kids.) with a smile, and without making us feel bad, even provided plates and cutlery for spiderman and superman. They were super accommodating and friendly!

Nice choices for lunch. Friendly service. Fantastic on the waterfront, even had a couple dolphins entertaining

I only had a flat white however it was excellent, quick friendly service and what a fantastic view even though a cold, wet morning in South Perth.

Great food, comfy seating. Helpful with drink recommendations to match our food choices. Quick service.

Good fish and chips. Don’t normally eat them so any fried food would seem amazing. Came out quickly and tasted delicious. Asked for extra sauce this was not a problem.

This place has Venue and Menu which is very rare these days. Had a wonderful Saturday Lunch. Two of us ordered the steak and it was cooked exactly as we asked which is more than I can say for 95% of the venues we go to. Service with a smile and reasonable prices. We will be back as this place has the whole package

What a wonderful evening. The place is a hive of activity. Great to see people enjoying themselves. Fast service. Lovely staff, excellent food. Our table were celebrating three birthdays. We were served champagne and our desserts came with sparklers, a rendition of Happy Birthday and music. Highly recommended.

Great setting on the water, our waitress went above and beyond to make our evening special, the only disappointment was the beef rib, it came out cold and was mostly bone, but they quickly solved the problem

Loved Mister Walker restaurant. The food was fabulous and our waitress (Spanish but didn't get her name) was brilliant. All the staff were very welcoming. Fantastic location on the river. Looking forward to our next visit.

Awesome place! Great views, pleasant staff and one of the only places in Perth that don't rip you off in the prices of the lovely food and drinks for it (like across the road does) highly recommend, 5 x stars
