Really weak coffee in most shops even if i mention before ordering not to make it too milky, friendly staff though

Joseph is an excellent Barista! I come here often for a soy latte and his talent shines every time. I've always been welcomed promptly and have never waited long for my order.

I ordered pull beef sliders and pumpkin soup.
The soup is very nice but the pull beef slider is like eating leftover burger. Buns very dry and chips abit burn.

Avoid Sunday as it’s very busy! Unfortunately there were only 2 waitresses and a guy serving the counter and waiting at the tables! Two more were in the kitchen. The waitress were quite fast in getting the orders through but the orders took more than 20 mins just for 2 cups of coffee and 2 slices of cake! Bad enough the coffee took forever the cake came 15 minutes later and the coffee was cold by then! Many customers were waiting, some even walked away! The serving method should change. Customers should order at the counter, pay and waitresses should just deliver the orders to the tables! The whole dine in experience is stressful and frustrating! Thank Goodness the cakes are worth the wait! Please try to impart this feedback into better customer service. The waitresses are quite rude and not helpful. Can’t blame them as they are obviously stressed trying to cope with so many customers!

Had to do lots of reordering but a nice man named Simon was able to help us with our ordering “issues”. Don’t get the cake of the day. My milkshake was good though.

We visited yesterday and after 30minutes was told the order was lost and food would come shortly. 15 minutes later.no food. We left. Ruined what was supposed to be a lovely mum and daughter lunch with my daughter who is on the spectrum and after 40 mins hungary and waiting for food was extremely anxious. Well done Ms Mauds.

The service was horrendous; we ordered a slice of Princess Cake and waited for 15 minutes for it, when asked about it we were told that there was no more princess cake and their only excuse was "It's a Sunday". Ordered a glass of lemon iced tea; the first drink that came was a bottle of Lipton ice tea and a glass of ice (mind you, there was no mention of Lipton anywhere in the menu), when asked about it (again), they brought us a glass of "lemon iced tea" but it was more like syrup with water without lemon taste at all that they called lemon iced tea. We asked for some more lemon but they said, they ran out of lemon (can you believe it.don't sell it if not enough lemons). Really worst service and worst lemon ice tea I've ever had. Totally not worth the money spent.

Went there for breakfast today. Ordered a 'big breakfast'. To my horror the sausages were as hard as cardboard; they also smelt like vinegar and the hash browns were as hard as a rock. I ask for a refund which they were happy to do. I have heard Miss Maud are slowly losing their reputation. Shame that because I remember the day they were top notch. Will never eat there again nor would I recommend them to any sensible Australian. So long miss maud. Good luck.

Ps: and the reason why I have not given them zero star rating is because u cant.

Best part of the experience was how quickly we were served and leaving. Everything in between was a mess.

Ordered Eggs Benedict and a lemon iced tea. Eggs came out with next to no sauce and didn’t even have the ham with it. Sent that back and was asked if instead of remaking it just to put the ham on the side. By this time the drink only just came out and the only thing iced was the girls cold attitude, so I had to ask for a cup of ice because apparently you have to assemble you’re own meal and drinks here.

They took the drink off the total cost of the bill but honestly even when I gave feedback at the counter they seemed uninterested and I doubt it even got passed on.

First and last time I will be dining here.

I bought french chocolate cake today for my kids Birthday from miss maud booragoon. It turned out to be absolutely disgusting. It was full of thick layers of icing cream sandwiched between very thin layers of sponge. Icing was hard like a rock. Will never buy any cake from miss maud in future.
