Had been going for years, then experienced a really poor service so working in customer service myself, thought I would send an email about it and never heard anything back. You would think you would acknowledge people when sending through emails about a bad experience and poor customer service. It is unfortunate as I liked coming, but will not be returning.
Worst custormer service and scams! Went to get eyelash extensions done and the lady said she didnt start until 10 so she started to do my eyebrows even though i said eyelash as well as the other girl working was saying i wanted eyelashes done. When she finished she tried to charge me for doing my eyebrows but i declined to pay saying i didnt want them done she told me to have a seat and wait for the lady to do my eyelashes. When she came in she was friendly she said it will take an hour and that was fine but when i closed my eyes she started talking with the other worker imminently in a different language which made me feel uncomfortable as i felt they were talking about me. 2 hours later they were finished and they looked good but didnt last a solid 4 days without all of them comming off
