Had a great experience at Minu threading, Neeru was fantastic, very thorough and did my eyebrows perfectly. Highly recommend!

Happy was really nice and very good at her job. I got my arm pits waxed and she was gentle and took her time.

Very bad experience.staff was rushing to do my threading as quickly as possible so that she can do more customers, and she spoilt the shape of my brows.very messy work and extremely dissatisfied.wasted $18 for a 3min service that was done without much attention.its always about quality over quantity.

I really don’t appreciate how I was just treated. No care was shown and my eyebrows are blotted with hair taken from wrong places. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and treated horribly. Won’t be coming back

My friend got eyelash extensions done here last week, when I collected from her appointment, two lashes were hanging off. I know some can become loose but not straight away. Within the week 2/3 fell of everyday, she stuck by the care instructions as this was her first time. By the end of the week they were all gone. She went back and they offered her to get them done again, not only the fact that they would just fall off again but to put your lashes through that again so soon would of damaged her lashes. She spent $150 getting them done and minu offered her a lash tint and lift but wouldn’t refund her or give her a gift card for the remaining $80.

Not very satisfying customer resolution.

Minu and her staff have always demonstrated both professionalism and prowess and I would happily recommend them to anybody. They are one of the best beauty salons in perth, that are also reasonably priced for the fabulous service you receive.
