Ming's BBQ House

We ordered sizzling sichuan beef $15.90 and the two meat combo, roast pork and duck for $14.90

The sichuan beef when it arrived was neither sizzling nor particularly Sichuan in taste and quite underwhelming.

The portion miserly and the beef chewy.

The roast meat combo was much better.
The duck was tasty as was the roast pork.

Unfortunately three of the pork pieces were clearly overdone and verging on dry.

Under the heat lamp too long or left over from last night's service?

The other three pieces were great, tender and juicy with good crackling.

The accompanying chicken broth had a lot of flavour.

Warm service. Help yourself to water.

The restaurant was full by 11: 30, a good sign but I wouldn't be rushing back.

Enjoyed my meal here. Duck and roast pork were excellent. Fuss free and unpretentious shop with good value. Totally met my craving for Chinese food.

Had the Peking duck, not very impressed. Not much meat was given, only 12 small pieces, have had Peking duck elsewhere many times and this is the least I’ve seen. Also carrot and cabbage doesn’t belong in the dish. Noodles came out cold, not much flavour and the duck meat tasted old. Would not recommend.

17/10/22: Went here on Saturday night for the first time. My mates had been here before. When turned up with a big group and no reservation and the staff were fantastic. We tried Chicken and Corn Soup, Spring Rolls, Peking Duck, Combination Omelette, Combination Noodles, Combination Fried Rice and BBQ Pork. The Pork, Omelette, Duck and Spring Rolls were excellent. The Noodles and Rice were good, but small. I didn't have the soup but apparently that is good as well. The food was delivered quickly and the staff were super helpful even with a bit of a language barrier. Probably now my go to for Northbridge since my favourite at Shanghai Food Hall has disappeared. Highly recommended.

The duck noodles is a superb. Comes with yummy jar of sauce and greens with your noodles. My fave in Perth!

I grab the bbq or roast pork and rice. Always delicious and good value for Northbridge. Friendly staff, happy patrons. Need to try some other dishes, never seen a bad one.

There are the best in Australia if I am right. I been to othrt part of Australia even in Singapore which no matter where I go I will alway coming back to this the only one the best and the best. Staff are very kind and polite which I alway come back. Please try once even once and yiu will no regret for it.

The two mixed meat platter soup was amazing. The duck and pork were cooked very well! Very pleased with the food and overall service we received.

I order frequently from Ming's via Uber Eats. My food is ALWAYS very well packaged and arrives quickly. The food is beautifully cooked. Sometimes I get meal deals unexpectedly which is a nice surprise. Thanks Ming's and keep up the good work!

~$14 for 2 mixed meat rice and veg. I paid another $1 for more veg. The duck was most bone but that's ok as the roast pork was really nice. For the price I'm very happy.
Shallot pancake was too oily - I think it was double fried from the colour.

Order duck noodle. It came cool noodle and is less than normal portion from other shop. Duck is too salty.
Need to pay extra charge for paying credit card payment

My favourite place for roast pork and soy chicken - even more so than Hong Kong BBQ or Good Fortune. Always consistent and delicious.

Unassuming but delicious little place hidden in plain sight in Northbridge. Really nice staff and the food never dissapoints me here. My go to is the two meat (pork belly and roast duck) mixed platter with chinese vegetables & dry noodles which comes with a really nice sauce to pour over them. Also the wanton soup is great, the chinese broccoli is nice and crunchy. Great value to be had here, good portions and cheaper than I'd be willing to pay.

Authentic tasty Chinese cuisine.they sure know what they're doing here! Quick, friendly service and great value for money. It's a restaurant I visit often when out in North Ridge. Highly recommend

Was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The service was really lovely, food super delicious and great value for your money. The spring onion pancake is so delicious and is a must try!

Order delivery to hotel, in self quarantine, on easi app was a lunch meal, have free clear soup, and when it arrived, no soup, NO cutlery?

Call back and ask, they say only dine in have clear soup?

So i suggest you need to change your menu on easi app, not a "Lunch MEAL". AND photo should be without the soup on it.

If I know without soup, I won't order this food.

I order Sichuan pepper beef， not hot at all, chilli not hot, beside taste was good. Size was large!
