Good bike shop in perth; and have many variétés of e-bikes in store. I got my Lekker X bike from them after a test ride. I love the bike very much:), Mercer cycles also provided good advice on security, care and maintenance.

After extensively researching e-bikes and stock available in Perth, I visited Mercer Cycles and was so impressed with Greg’s friendly manner, knowledge and range of quality bikes. I am thrilled with my Kalkhoff bike -best price and great bike - such a joy to ride.

Greg and the team offer wonderful and personalised service- from remembering my face when I walked in the door, to going above and beyond and installing my baskets and lock on my new bike whilst I had a coffee down the road. You can’t bet the friendly service and I absolutely love my new bike and know I’ll be in safe hands if I need anything else

Greg and the team were so helpful throughout the process of purchasing my first ebike. They were knowledgeable and transparent in sharing their insights about different models, features and accessories.
Greg was great at keeping me informed while we awaited the arrival of new stock and even offered to drop my bike to my front door and walk me through the basic functions to get me started. Although Mercer is slightly out of the way for me, the customer service was unrivaled and so I felt confident that services and any future issues with my bike would be solved professionally.

Greg and the guys at Mercer were super helpful and friendly. They gave me advice about the bike to buy and then got it ready to roll in no time at all.
They did this as people came into the shop to pick up and drop off stuff (puncture repairs and so on). Everyone was looked after politely and helpfully as I was agonising about the purchase. They gave me time to think and were present from a respectful distance so that when I was ready to pull the trigger, I didn't have to faff about trying to get their attention back.
I didn't buy an electric bike - I bought a sweet Giant Roam. So they sell more than electric bikes!

I recently purchased a new bike through Mercer’s and the process went like a dream. Greg had to order my bike in and it arrived on time. He worked back after hours to build the bike and have it ready for me - he puts his customers first and works hard for them.

Bought my first e-bike from Mercer’s with the help of Greg, Phil and Oscar and had an excellent experience. All three were knowledgeable, patient and kind, and were more than willing to answer my many questions. I’m stoked to have found a friendly bike shop with fair prices and fantastic customer service.

Had a really terrible customer service experience here. Dropped bike in to get fixed, guy said they'd try to get it done before COB, no mention of being busy. Gave them a day's grace and called, said it would be another day. Gave them another day's grace and called, said they'd been booked out for ages and it would be at least another week! Had to pick up my bike and take it elsewhere. It's fine to be busy, but the false info/runaround was ridiculous.

Superb service and support. These guys really do go the extra mile whether its home delivery or after sales assistance!

Great, cheerful service. A good range of bikes. Talking over how to make stepping my kids up to a larger more complex bike model was easy with suggestions about tailoring the brakes, gears and suspension and all carried out for me.

Fantastic service! New owner Greg went above and beyond to get my MTB back to me asap. Their prices are very competitive also. I'm a customer for life now. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: They DENTED my bike frame!

I put my bike in for a service and under their care they dented the top tube. I noticed when I'd picked up the bike and got it home. I reported this to the owner Greg who appeared concerned but ultimately did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Believe it or not I'm still waiting on an apology!

In the pic you can actually see where they've spotted the dent and tried to polish out the mark with degreaser or similar cleaner.

I can't tell you to avoid this place because for the most part they do a good job (see my previous review) however an apology would have cost them nothing.

Incredible service by Greg and the team to provide me prompt and great advice! Greg delivered the bike after hours and made absolutely sure I was ready to cruise. I ended up buying two bikes!

Mercer Cycles are the best. They have always given me really good service and are very accommodating. Greg even fixed my flat one night when I was walking by with my dud tyre one night and it was well after they had closed and he was working back. It's so nice to have a bike shop that is local, that you can trust, that always does great work and that are flexible. They often go above and beyond and I really appreciate it. I have bought scooters & balance bikes for my kids, our bike trailer that has lasted us years, and a number of bikes, helmets and bells over the years and always get my bike serviced there as I ride nearly daily. They allowed me to layby my bike and trailer which was a really big help! Really happy they are in our neighbourhood and I hope they will be there for a long time!

The guys at Mercer were super helpful. Offering quality advice on selling and repair they also went above and beyond when it came to storing my bike when I was away working, a perfect example of a local bike shop doing it right. Thanks so much guys!

Brilliant service from Greg and Phil. Did everything possible to get us our bikes during and after work hours. Super friendly and responsive even with out of hours questions. You can also tell Greg and Phil love cycling and bicycles. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Great service and communication! There was a mix-up with the ordering on the manufacturing side but they did everything to let me know the progress and offered alternatives which was my choice not to use. Very happy with the service:)
