Brought my first electric bike from
mercer bikes and today I rode to work for the first time! Great service, great price and lovely shop. Great to see the owner also supporting younger people in the workplace. An all round wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

Thanks to Greg Olley and Otis for their great service and knowledge. I had a difficult issue to resolve, they went over and above with their time and knowledge and with their range of parts and ability to fit during their busy Saturday I was able to be on my way again. While I was waiting I was able to watch them in action as repeat and new customers were given great advice to make their own decisions with no pressure to choose from a wide range of quality new bikes and parts at reasonable prices. I like the old building with its wooden floors & exposed rafters which makes no difference but adds character to the shop.

Dropped into the Fremantle shop to check out e bikes, the shop was meant to be closed but Greg gladly sowed us around and gave us some great advice. We walked (rode) out on a new folding e bike that will be perfect for storing in the caravan on our travels. These things are amazing. Cheers Greg.

Love my recently purchased new Ebike from Mercer Cycles. It was a great price for the quality. I regularly get my Ebike serviced there, and the service is quality and prompt. Nothing is too hard. Great advice for the novice bike or Ebike owner/rider. Experienced and friendly staff with great customer service. I go to Mercer Cycles for all my bicycle needs.

Excellent customer service at Mercer from Greg and the staff. If you are unsure about buying an e-bike this is the place to go and trial some of the various bikes available. I finally purchased a Lekker Jordaan + and I love it.

They ensured, even though there was a number of bikes to choose from, that we rode away on the rights ones for us. After sales service is great with tune ups at the requires intervals.
