Almost 30 years of looking after our family cats, all the way back to dear old Ruffles, my Christmas present when I was 15, who lived till he was almost 20. Nothing but love and respect for the whole team here. They are so dedicated and caring and knowledgeable.

Lovely staff, open long hours & until late, incredibly helpful. A really great "family vet" where they know/remember you & your pets which makes you feel like they really do care.

Great service, friendly tmstuff and most important very knowledgeable vets! We take our three furry babies there since 2014 after trying different ones in the area, they are the best hands down!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very well set up/laid out waiting room with treats provided to help keep animals calm.

Have been taking my animals to Melville for years. Recently lost my dog and they were so fantastic. Compassionate and caring beyond words.

Extremely over priced, veterinarians were friendly enough but the receptionist was very rood to me, and threatened to not let me take my dog if i didn't pay them right there on the spot (which i understand people probably do not pay their bills) but i wouldn't recommend anyone take their pets here.i now use a mobile vet and he i very friendly and reasonable priced.

Fantastic & caring staff.we lost our dog suddenly at the start of the year and the staff were so nice and caring through-out the difficult time.

Fantastic service. Both reception, nurses and vets! They went above and beyond to deliver excellent care.

$55 dollars for ear drops is extortion when you can by them on line for $12. I would expect to pay more at the Vet but this is type of markup is unacceptable.

Theresa is lovely, gave us lots of info and reassurance regarding our puppy. Sounds like she's very active within her profession/up to date with best practices.
