So happy with our new vets! Just moved to the area and have needed to visit twice in two weeks with our pups. All staff have been so welcoming and the care to our dogs has been fantastic. Very happy and definitely recommend

With tears in my eyes. Thankyou Tony and the girls at reception and the nurse that comforted me and everyone there for making Shilo's goodbye more easy than I thought. Thankyou xx

Cannot thank you guys enough!
My little dog was rushed in for emergency today and despite being so busy you still gave her and all the other pet patients the attention and love they needed.

Your kindness and knowledge helped so much whilst I was in such a stressful state about my little girl, honestly cannot recommend and thank you guys enough for all you’ve done! Xx

Feeling disappointed and ripped off!

I attended clinic today 23.4.22 and saw a female vet who said it was too difficult to examine my dog and I needed to buy sedatives and make another appointment next week.
She still charged me $93!

Despite her "vet-induced anxiety" my dog has been examined by both Toby and Tony at this practice previously but this Vet was inflexible.

These guys have been wonderful to deal with over summer while I house and pet sat nearby- I had to pop in half a dozen times for prescription food for my chi and an emergency with one of the rabbits I was looking after, and they were superb, staff friendly and cheerful, advice given freely several times on a couple of things I wasn't sure about regarding bunnies (as I'd never looked after them before) very reasonable prices- if I ever move SOR they will be first on my list for a new vet

My 14 year old Border Collie displayed 'stroke' like symptoms, I took my dog to the local vet (I live in the Northern Suburbs), who quickly diagnosed a stroke and recommended the most 'humane' thing to do is to euthanise. I felt overwhelmed and placed on the spot with such an important decision. I decided to take my boy home and have the family over to say their goodbyes first. I then decided to obtain a 2nd opinion from Melville Animal Hospital (I used to live in Attadale), who diagnosed Geriatric Vestibular (dog form of Vertigo) which is common in Border Collies and my dog will recover. He is slowly recovering now and started walking and eating again. I nearly had him wrongfully killed based on an inexperienced vets, rushed diagnosis. Always obtain a 2nd opinion and use vets that actually care rather treat your fur baby as nothing more than a profit making exercise!

I am always amazed by the kindness, knowledge and consideration from the wonderful vets and nurses - not just to the pets - but to us humans as well

Although the staff are friendly the veterinarians there were terrible at diagnosing my dog’s eye problem. After 3 visit and X$’s later, all my dog received was generic treatments without a proper eye examination. Based on a gut feel I took my dog to a different vet practice and they determined straight away through proper examination that a large grass seed was sitting in her eye — it was removed immediately. We also found out that the Melville vets had given incorrect instruction for the medication they provided. I’m lucky that our dog didn’t endure more pain and potentially long term issues by taking her to a different vet. Need less to say, I am very disappointed.

We took our 7-month English staffy after she passed out while on a 6am walk. Dr Meg visually checked her for neurological, heart and lung symptoms. Nothing visually apparent but suggested to keep an eye on her during the day. If her condition worsen to take her to Waves in Beelier since all the specialist (heart, lung etc) are available under the one roof. Puppy slept most of the day in a very cool room. Next morning walk went well without any issues.
