30LOVED IT! The staff there are amazing and when i had my appointment to get my makeup done, the lady Brittney was so amazing to have me feel comfortable and the end product was more than better. 100% say go there and get a makeup appointment there it was so worth it.
Friendliest and most helpful staff. The manager was so helpful with a dilemma, that ended up being my misunderstanding, however she insisted on giving me a replacement. Have not been served by anyone rude ever!
Thankyou to the young girl who helped me make my first actual makeup experience the best 10/07 I cant remember her name but was exceptional customer service, she helped me find the correct eyebrow gel and showed me some lovely perfumes which I couldn't help but buy a couple, I specially love the story behind the Cinderella one, I cant wait for my next visit to Mandurah def will be visiting this store again:)
Had my make up done by Laura and it was AMAZING! Due to previous bad experiences with MUAs I was worried I would look ridiculous for my bday party but Laura has restored my faith
I was unsure about a few decisions and she was very patient and helpful.

The girls in this store are super friendly and helpful, I’ve been in to try samples of foundations twice and they always give a generous amount. Would shop here again for sure.
One of the girls with dark hair kept staring & watching me as if I was stealing. She wouldn’t take her eyes off me which made me uncomfortable to browse. She didn’t watch the other women who walked in that were Caucasian.
The staff are so professional and friendly not pushy for a sale and realistic that the products are great but not everyone can afford to spend $100s of dollars. I will be back to slowly add products to my new face collection.
