I recently took my mum for her first visit into a mecca store so we could update her make-up. She is an older women and was treated with respect as we tried out an assortment of colours in the lipsticks.
We received the best customer service from Luca. Friendly, helpful and professional. Thankyou so much.

Not enough staff. Always too busy to help, or are stood around just talking to each other. All I want is a foundation sample but you don’t even get acknowledged at the door.

Amazing experience and had the help of Angela who honestly couldn't have helped me more! I was wanting some help without judgement in buying my first ever foundation, and she went above and beyond to help, she is an asset to the team and I would only ever go to see her for my Makeup and beauty needs.

Absolutely fabulous. I was on the prowl for a REALLY good mascara.for my flimsy lashes.the girls were awesome. I came away with some samples and exactly what I was looking for.very impressive.

Shoutout to Carla for the best service I have ever received in a makeup store, period. Im simple and unofficial terms, she slayed so hard. In complex and official terms, she was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. When talking skincare she listened to the problems and offered solutions based on her experience and others rather than the sales pitch I'm used to hearing. A gorgeous person who made someone who usually feels really out of place in big makeup stores feel relaxed and at ease. Really refreshing and comforting. Love it!

To anyone looking for lovely friendly staff who know what they're doing and are willing to help in any way they can I can recommend this place. My friend Flo and I were helped by the lovely Carla in regards to skin care (I will be returning to buy the oil cleanser she suggested). And even if they aren't serving you the staff smile and have a really friendly vibe about them. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back! Good work ladies <3

I walked into Mecca today with no idea on makeup and in a not so pleasant feeling of self after a day full of curveballs and hiccups. Going into mecca mandurah yesterday i was greeted by an number of friendly happy staff members all eager to lend a hand. I had Dom give me assistance in finding a new moisturiser and she was great, really knew her stuff and was super friendly.she then gave me some suggestions for a light bb creame or tinted moisturiser but handed me over to Yas in the makeup department who was also super helpful, knowledgeable and bubbly.

I must say what lovely staff they have at this store they were so lovely to my daughter while she was buying a gift for her sister. Great customer service.

I somehow manage to always get served my Demi and she is just always so beautiful and kind! Definitely lucky to have her!

The whole crew at Mecca Maxima in Mandurah are simply incredible at their jobs. Each and every staff member, I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with over the years, has always gone above and beyond to delivery exceptional service time after time.

Was so fortunate on Wednesday to have the very talented Mia do my make up for a special event. The quality of her work was exceptional.

It’s great to do business with such a wonderful group of people, well done Mecca Australia for hiring some of the very best makeup artists in Australia.

Kat was excellent with fantastic product knowledge and the rest of the team were welcoming. My first time in Mecca, I will be back.

Literally got served by the rudest blonde pregnant woman, was cashed up thought I'd treat myself and buy good skincare. Was looking around grabbed a few products threw them in the trolley while I kept looking. She literally came over handed me a basket and I said all good I don't need one but if you insist. She snatched out my hand then goes into my trolley grabbed the products I was buying and was like I'll take them to the counter. Didn't even offer help which was what I needed and she lost a few hundred dollar sale. Rude B$%ch and should not be working customer service

I went into Mecca and needed help with colour matching a new foundation to try out and I had an amazing young women named Karla who helped me find exactly what I was looking for she was extremely helpful and super friendly.

Just wanted to say that Monique is so beautiful! Helped me with a colour match today and she was such a gem. Definitely need more people like her in this world ️

All the girls here are always so lovely but in particular today I went in with some skin concerns and was looking to try out some new products. Big shout out to Demi and the girl that she was training, I didn’t get her name unfortunately. They both made me feel so comfortable and were so informative of everything they were suggesting to me! Definitely will be going back to purchase some products with the help of Demi x
