Huge thank you to Sunday who helped me and my daughter this afternoon… your kindness and expertise was amazing… thank you for making my daughter feel so special as she made a secret purchase for me as a surprise… some Tom Ford Soleil Blanc. Customer service like yours is rare… what a beautiful soul you are. I will definitely drive to your store again and come find you when we are ready to make our next purchase!

I came in during late night on Thursday and experienced not only a little form of racism from a particular staff member which I believe goes by the name of Claudia. I was with my cousin and I had come in for a shade match, I was accommodated by a friend who goes by the name of Neeral that works in the store and had no intention on distracting her at her workplace. Unfortunately for Claudia it seemed she had a problem with that when she consistently kept staunching me my cousin and her co worker (Neeral) when I was being assisted to. Two friends came to Neeral’s assist for a shade match which left myself and my cousin to wait for their shade match to be accommodated to. My cousin and I patiently waited for Neeral with no problem which was explained not only once but three times to Claudia. My cousin and I felt so uncomfortable that we left the store to do further shopping and came back to the same attitude from Claudia. Neeral did a great job with my shade match and helped me with what I needed with some samples of what she helped me with while my cousin was also assisted with a purchase of a product that she also needed help with as well as the other two friends who also came along and also purchased something at the store. I didn’t appreciate the way Claudia spoke to Neeral at some point and I also didn’t appreciate Claudia constantly staring and glaring at my cousin, myself, and our friends.

Had an amazing shopping experience today with staff member (Sunday) breath of fresh air with her amazing, magical personality and knowledge! Wish you all the best with your journey through Mecca! Your are a super star ️

Great staff and Good range of products. I walked in pretty uncertain and Imelda was absolutely amazing and understanding, i left with a massive smile

This was my first visit to Mecca and I was thoroughly impressed, Ashanti was a superstar I love the look she created for me and she went above and beyond to colour-match my foundation and teach me some fabulous application techniques, thanks Ashanti!

On weekends this mecca is so full they can’t keep up I feel so bad for the staff the store just isn’t big enough for the demand

I was forced to use a basket instead of my very capable hands to carry the products I was purchasing.the young woman said 'i wouldn't want them to break'. She was the second person trying to get me to take a basket. Relax would you and let me browse! I asked a woman if I could open the drawer to get the boxed product and she rudely told me 'she was doing a service'. Repeated it twice before saying she would get someone who could help me. Don't put products near the makeup service area? Lights are wayyy too bright. Gahh.not a good experience

Wendy helped me so much, she was very professional and took her time with me and helped me get exactly what I wanted she’s a very good worker would definitely shop here again

My daughter had her make-up done here today as she is attending her Yr 12 School Ball Tonight.
Her make-up was done by a lovely girl named Ceri.
WOW WHAT AN AMAZING JOB! Very professional, Ceri really did a great job especially on my daughters eyes, really made them pop & perfect lashes.
We just showed Ceri a photo & she duplicated it perfectly!
Ceri is definitely a master at her craft.

Felt very uncomfortable being in the store. I had two sales assistants asking if I needed help. Which from context does not seem as a bad thing. However, it was one sales lady after another. I usually go there to buy specific products so I know where to go to find them. A few other staff members were watching me as if I was a dubious person. I have also worked in retail before so I know the tactics of being aware of shop lifters. I assure you I was not, as that is completely out of my values and morals. I continued to walk to the register to purchase my item and another sales assistant followed behind me, as if to be assured that I was purchasing my item. It was clear that I shop there regularly as I had an account. So why would I even bother. Maybe because I was not dressed appropriately or did not appear to be in an upper class socioeconomic status because I just came from work and was not wearing make up. I am sure I am not a huge loss. However, this was by far the worst I have ever felt in a shop. I will never shop there again.

The staff here at Karrinyup are the friendliest I've experienced in retail in Australia for quite a while. You are greeted with a smile as you enter and whoever you ask, is ready to help you with enthusiasm, knowledge and obvious joy for their job. Great Job Mecca Karrinyup for hiring such fabulous staff. PS I also love that you can get a tester of certain products to make sure it's right for you.

Had a facial with Gina S today and it was amazing. Almost fell asleep it was so relaxing and she explained everything she was doing, and how it should feel. And the total cost was fully redeemable on products!

I went into the store looking for a few particular products to address my skin needs. I was served by 2 wonderful ladies one by the name of Gina. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and she was filled with so much knowledge and gave me wonderful advice. She had a kind and happy nature about her and made me so welcome THANK YOU X

They did an AMAZING job on my makeup.

Super friendly and I did not feel like staff were trying to rush me out of the door like some other shops.

Also a very knowledgeable makeup artist - sad I forgot her name.

I came here at around 5pm 28/11 the woman working alone at the perfume section was just so kind I don’t know her name but she was blonde. Give her a promotion
