McDonald's O'Connor

Food was well cooked and served hot. A family restaurant, so expect the loud & rowdy children nearby to prevent you from having a decent conversation with those at your table.

Meets the usual McDonald's standards, nothing special, but nothing terrible either. Has an okay "rocket ship" playground for the kids, but in a pretty tight spot.

Great Location. Great for the family. Fun for the afternoon. Kids can play, parents can relax while watching them play.

Would like to thank Dimple (spelling?) the manager on duty tonight. She helped turn a negative experience to a positive. Customer service was excellent!

On a par with other McCafe's. Good quick service and you can eat as healthy or not as you want!

Went through the drive through, 15 mins to bring my food which was missing a meal.once l finally had the meals they were badly cooked.bun burned around the edges and brownish lettuce, plus my coffees were now only lukewarm. Seldom l get quick food and seldom its the right order.l'll be going to hungry jacks instead. A customer lost!

Its maccas there pretty much all the same except for some odd reason at this Maccas the ice cream machine has only ever been broken just 2 times in all the times Ive visited and I work just down road so yeh in summer the frozen cokes and soft serve cones are nearly a daily thing.

The food wasn't great, in the playground there is sharp, pointy pieces of plastic and the food was meh, but other then that it OK.

Seem to be on a corporate swing to hold costs and reduce size of their products? Get back to basics full size bun and products within?

Chips were not cooked. Still raw inside. Order wasn't complete. Had to ring manager to get it rectified.

Staff are very friendly. The menu is standard and there is a decent amount of parking. Relatively accessible.

Need to hire staff that graduated from Kindy. Was in earlier today and ordered 2 icecreams total $2.20. Gave the cashier $10.20, expecting $8.00 change. He didn't see 0.20c at first and only typed in $10, change $7.80. I didn't want all the coins so I pointed this out to him, he could not work out without the register that $7: 80 plus 0: 20 is $8: 00 so refused to give me a $5 dollar note, a $2 and $1 coin. Rather giving me the $7: 80 and returning the 0: 20c saying the register would not accept it as it had already been processed. (in other words he couldn't work out that 50+20+10+the 20 cents equals $1). I know his name and will contact management to discuss this poor service, but will not post it at this stage to save his embarrassment. Depending on meeting his name and managers name may appear later, stay tuned! Thank God for Hungry Jacks!

Very nice young staff. Brought food to our table. Nothing too much trouble. Nice for a simple breakfast which is served all day long. Kids liked playing on the outdoor rocket.

Poor service to dine in customers. Never get the price right, and presentation of meal is sloppy.

Terrible supervisor/manager that doesn't treat the staff with respect or dignity, you should never tell off your staff members in front of customers nor should you use condescending talk to your staff - to the crew working their you guys are amazing how you guys work under pressure - supervisor/manager should be performance managed or given training on how to lead a team
