McDonald's O'Connor

Wont go there again- third time I've come home from the drive through and they haven't packed my order correctly. Ripped off every time.

This man who goes by the name Ryan Chan seems to lack education as he for whatever reason thinks it’s ok to go to stores to pick on kids trying their best to understand and assist the customers. I can imagine how hard it is working in that stress house with the managers screaming at you but it is not ok to mentally deconstruct the workers and to publicly shame them. For this you should be ashamed of yourself and go to hungry jacks instead.

Not once in the 7 years that this has been our local have they given us the extra pickles we ask for. Today we ordered hamburgers with extra pickles and ended up getting steamed bun hamburgers with no pickles, and because they had to steam them, we ended up being late for an event.

We can get our transit bus through the drive through. And foods hot and fresh.

Been to many Mcdonalds in my time but this one is special. The staff and service has always been outstanding.

The other day i stopped to get a cappuccino and a muffin. Cappuccino had no flavour, it was like the same coffee has been used to make 3 or 4 coffees. The muffin was not much better.
About a week later i had no time to have lunch so i stopped for an apple pie. I had to throw it away as it was old. I don't think ill be going back to this mc Donald.

Hit and miss but generally always a hit but tonight I had to leave a review because I couldn't believe it or stop laughing. I ordered a chocolate thick shake w/whipped cream and oreo topping and when I got it whoever was on that section seemed the think that ment whipped cream on the bottom which buffles me, there isn't any drink on their menu that even has whipped cream in the bottom of it.

Shame on McDonald. They have raised their McFavouries box price by $7 in the last 3 months, when Western Australia's economy has fallen dramatically. We are obviously not "all in this together". Despicable!

Been here several times, mostly ok but few other times when the place is crowded, service is quite bad. We ordered a hot cake with syrup, and what we found when we get home is a box of hot cake with NO SYRUP, NO WHIPPED BUTTER and even NO FORK AND KNIFE. So terrible gonna switch to another McDonald from now on.

Came in today. Its just kind of like common knowledge that if someone orders more than one drink you give them a cup tray?
Coffee all over my car seat and bag. I could see they were in a rush so i didnt want to burden them but now i wish i had. I shouldnt even really have to ask for one.

This McDonald's service level has plummeted in recent months. It was always a well run McDonald's before with nice staff but there seems to be a lot of new employees and maybe managers who don't communicate with eachother at all. The past three trips to this McDonald's I've been asked to park in the waiting bay and for only items such as fries and a coffee, then I'll have to get out of my car and walk into the store to ask them where my order is after 10 to 15 minutes of nothing with all the staff shrugging their shoulders and looking at eachother dumbfounded. This is becoming way to frequent and the staff and management really need to lift their standard as it's honestly pathetic. I would honestly say their current service is 0/10. Hopefully things change for the better otherwise I will never attend this chain again.

This teenage boy who goes by the name of Daniel seem to lack education as he was very disrespectful and did not pay attention to anybody who was ordering.

Don't have much fast food, but when I do it's from here. Really nice quality, fast drive-thru and they always get my order right.

A little bit up and down, but mostly up. Always fresh, and the service is solid. Only a couple of times has there been an issue, which was sorted straight away. Definitely one of the better McDonalds that I’ve been to.

As far as fast food goes, it was average. They mistakenly gave me 2 medium meals, even though I ordered and paid for one small meal and one medium meal. The Ice Cream Sundaes were smaller than average, but they do usually vary. Otherwise the customer service was good and staff were very nice.

Food is good but saw a housefly sitting in the desserts section. Wouldn't recommend eating those.

Drive through order had missing burger so had to park and go in. Annoying. The order was corrected quickly and the meal was hot, fresh and delicious.

Comparing this McDonald's to others I think it is better than most with it layout and kids section.

This is a great McDonalds. Nice and busy so the food is always cooked fresh.

The young man on counter was lovely and very helpful. Great customer service. They have a McCafe in store so you can order all of your favourite drinks and cakes.

The chips were freshly cooked and our meals were delicious. Always have a pleasant experience here at O'Connor.

My wife was really hungover when we went here. I thought she was going to vomit. Less to do with the food and more to do with drinking into the wee hours with an Irishman
