McDonald's Maylands

I just think McDonalds are getting slower with their service, not helped with self serve outlets that run out of paper and staff have no idea how to change it.

They never fill the chip containers properly. You receive approximately half of what you get at McDonald's Maddington when you order the same size

Using cheap meat in big mac patties everything else was fine
I've notice big differences between the flavour of the beef patties from one McDonald's to another across Perth

So, after 30 mins of waiting for my happy meal and a burger I find that you had "lost" my order in the system Ok, 'it happens. But then saying you'll throw in some desserts as an apology and forgetting those too is really not on.

Wont go there again. The girl got our order completely wrong. The burgers looked like they had been thrown around before getting put in their boxes. The side salad was appalling, lettuce brown, cucumber slimy and amount was like a half serve. I didnt get my shake and my daughter didnt get her fries. They need to lift their game!

There was a significant delay in our order. After getting home we discovered they had missed a item we paid for along with messing up the drink order. Overall a disappointing experience.

The staff and everyone there is great but their registers arent operational so all the customers have to use the self serve things and its too much traffic for the store to handle without the registers

Bought two chocolate sundaes last night and found that instead of being fresh, smooth and creamy, they were obviously pre-made and put into a freezer for easy service. They were hard, frozen and icy. Real poor effort maccas. I expect a sundae to be fresh out of the machine and considering there was not 1 other person in drive through, I put it down to laziness

It’s a McDonald’s and it serves classic McDonald’s foods. I have been here almost every weekend morning for breakfast. I’m no coffee expert but the coffee tastes pretty good. (at least to my unlearned tongue). Enjoying breakfasts here in the early morning has been the most pleasant because it’s quiet and peaceful. At its price level I’d say it’s great bang for the buck.

Slow service, confused my order and asked me four times; did you order this? Price on screen and at drive through counter were different, I think I was charged individually instead of for a meal as they screwed up the order so many times, it got entered as single items, the order was for three items how difficult is that?

Always freshly cooked. Very fresh chips and friendly staff. But I hope they can upgrade their toilet soon.

Clean restaurant and the staff were well presented and spoken. So in all a good McDonald's to eat at.

Live over the road from Northbridge Mcdonald’s, but still drive to Maylands McDonald’s as I’d rather drive 10 minutes to Maylands than wait for 10 minutes at northbridge for cold and reheated food.

So I had my late dinner with my mum here and we ordered online and picked to take our own meal from the counter. However, I was quite surprised when one of the staff brought our meal to our table! What a service! Thanks for the friendly service! ️

Stopped by on the way home. Had one of the best burgers I've eaten from Macca's. Will eat here again

I ordered wrap without bacon because its not in my culture to eat bacon but they gave me wrap with bacon but when i bite then i feel that bacon inside when I checked i was not wrong
