Ask manager if I could get whipped butter from fridge as the whipped butter wasn’t butter anymore it was oil and said we take it all out of the fridge in the morning bit silly because it melts mate. When he’s not working they walk to the fridge a grab cold butter every time for us

Went to grab Earl grey milk tea at 11: 49pm today. Came by the drive thru. Ask them for the tea. I was told they don’t do that. I went to the window and asked the guy again, he told they don’t do this product at night time when i bought it several times at night. There was a lady inside the cabin with him and they were laughing at the order. Boy was rude. I don’t think they know anything about customer service. And I finally got the tea at Macdonald Innaloo at 12: 15. I do no recommend Macdonald Maylands.

Great staff and as usual great food, been there a number of times, the experience gets better all the time

The service I received here was appalling. This is supposed to be a 24 hour MacDonald's. After spending 5 minutes in the restaurant deciding what to order I then stood at the counter for ten minutes while a number of staff walked past, made eye contact but neglect to acknowledge I was there at all. The manager then walks out and after a minute or two asks if I'm ok. I told him I'd like to place an order and he then tells me they were closed. The customer service needs some serious attention here.

Over 30 minutes wait in drive thru and missing items when I got home. Not a very well organized outlet.

The majority of problems happen while going through the drive-thru. They are intent on hurrying you up, repeatedly asking, “Anything else? ”. They are so busy doing that, they talk over you and miss half of what you ordered. Even if that part of the process goes smoothly, you’ve won the lottery if they actually put the right items in the bag they hand you. Good thing there is a KFC right next door

I would have enjoyed my meal if one of the employees hadn't written "SLAY" on my napkins, meaning they put their greasy hands all over them before using a biro to write out their odd message.
I threw them in the bin and used my own clean napkins to wipe my face after the meal instead.
Not funny, not professional.

How do you keep screwing up every order.don't park in the waiting bay.they don't have a clue.they end up giving you someone else's order.bunch of clueless kids.

Very slow and food is old. So unorganised especially when dining in. So focused on drive through and failing at dine in. Avoid if possible.

Stopped off on my way to work this morning and bought a bacon and egg McMuffin and a cheese and ham toastie in the drive thru.

Got to work a short distance down the road, to find no toastie.

Drove back and got my toastie.

Got to work and had my bacon and egg muffin, but the toastie wasn't toasted.yes the cheese had melted, but must have been cooked in a microwave, as bread most definitely not even remotely dry or even a hint of brown. Has to be the worst toastie I've ever had.

Typical McDonalds experience. Ordered a few drinks, but were left waiting for nearly 20 minutes until informing a staff member. Save your money and go elsewhere, or expect to be disappointed.

I came here for pick up food. At front, a lady manager was using her phone and ordering crew for food. I asked for my food, she even didn't prefer to see what was my order and tell her crew to make my order and went back to the office. After waiting another 20 minutes, I noticed they had not placed my order. What a careless people.

Hit and miss, sometimes no issues, other times you get a strawberry thickshake with no flavouring and when you ask for flavouring they pump the whole bottle in so its undrinkable. They fixed it but a hassle when you have to go back in for it. Also the chips were BARELY filled in our large meals.

I orderd and paid for a double cheesburger. I received a buger with only a beef patty, tomato sauce and a pickle.
No cheese, not a double cheeseburger, not even a proper normal cheeseburger.
Disappointed. Not good enough.

Worst customer service ever. I do not understand how someone can be so rude. Never go here again. Worst food as well. The bleach blonde girl in drive thru does not deserve her job.

Over charged, corrected when I spoke up, cleanliness, staff very slow at getting to wipe down tables, there are better Mc Donald's around. B.

Very dirty premises. Overflowing bins inside, female toilets dirty and very unhygienic. Told staff that toilets were filthy and needed cleaning. But didn't action the request. Tables nit wiped. Coffee n sink area untidy with overflowing bin.
Very disappointed. Won't be visiting this branch again

Actually a big changes since the last time I visited. That you order in the machine and get your number. It might be complicated if you are a first timer.

Don't accept breakfast menu orders on Uber before 10: 30 if you aren't going to fulfill them. That's now twice you have cancelled the order after an hours wait in the past fortnight. Pathetic.

They can never get a simple order right large cappuccino 2 sugars full cream milk instead a large flat coffee no sugars WFT. This is NOT the first either
