McDonald's Kelmscott

Stand there hoping to be acknowledged.days of proper customer service gone. Food cold, chips limp with no flavour!

Never spent so long stuck in the drive through. At least 40 minutes. What a bloody joke. Something seriously wrong with this place today.

Okay but kelmscott maccas workers are ridiculous.filled up our mcflurrys half way and when i has asked them to fill them up she comes back to me with so we actually can’t put anymore in but can replace them.sorry but whats the difference! Just didn’t want half filled mcflurrys

Asked for egg in my mcmuffins and just got sausage after waiting for 20min plus in drive through.
Not happy at all.

Nice clean and modern mickey D's. No surprises as far as the food goes, everything was as expected. Only downside to this specific MDs is it can take some car gymnastics to get into the drive through.

Consistently useless always missing parts of order, workers dont check orders going out compared to what was actually ordered, just hope they get most of the order right and send it out no matter whats in it. If this is what customer service is coming to might as well shut the place down, takes money and doesnt refund half the time if things are wrong

Grilled chicken caesar salad = box full of lettuce, a few pieces of chicken buried underneath, NO croutons and NO dressing with 2 pieces of dry bacon thrown on top

Ordered delivery, half the order was missing and what did arrive tasted like 3 week old out of code sliced deli chicken. Shame on you mcdonalds kelmscott

3 times in 3 weeks with no happy meal toys available! A very unhappy child and annoyed mum! Pick up your game Maccas kelmscott! Pore form of late!

So gross. Double cheeseburger was mutilated so i asked for a new burger and the new burger was just as bad as the first. Recommend going to a different location for ya maccaz fix.

Kids piss down the slides in the playground, teenagers smoke out the back and feast off the dumpster food they throw out because the mentally challenged 8 year old didn't like the way his nuggets looked. Occasionally you can hear and see a hoon in a holden commodore flying past. 10/10.

My order was ok.but the service that a young man gave me I think his name was Brayden was amazing. When I placed my order through drive thru at midnight, he was so happy and full of beans! I hope Macca's realise what an awesome young man they have working for them!

Don't order uber eats from here you will only get half your order tried it a few times and have never got it right.

The person who spoke to me this evening is very racist. I just told her that the burger is cold and the Chip s is not hot and she started to abuse me.very very disappointed with the person who spoke to me at Kelmscott branch.thx

Horrible place. The burgers are sloppy and disgusting, I would not eat here again that's for sure. Would rather hungry jacks. I would give a zero if I could.

Been here a few times and every time they stuff the order up and miss something. The fries are stale and so are the burgers. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too and nothing has changed over the last year. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Will not be returning to McDonald's anymore as you do not have any counter service I will go to Hungry Jack's where they still accept cash and someone actually talks to you and smiles maybe more people should stand up from selves and not let these big multinationals dictate to you

Dirty store, and I had problems with all the self service. After paying at the counter the server just walked away and ignore me. I won't be back here again.

Consistently getting orders wrong, how hard is it to read an order off a screen and put that order into the correct bag? Not good enough.

Considering how busy they were - they still served everyone quickly and with a smile. Staff were very helpful - showing us how to order the new deal at the self serve.
