McDonald's Kelmscott

Disappointed because I normally don’t have any issues but was given cold undercooked fries, no sauces with nuggets and when I took the lid off my coke because I hadn’t been given a straw I found a hair and a white piece of plastic floating at the top? Basically paid for a meal and only ate the burger:/

The guy in drive through was so lovely and nice to talk to this morning
The coffee was a little bit hotter then I would have liked but it was good my hashbrowns were really good

The last 4 times my partner and I have been we have ordered the exact same meals, cannot fault the burgers delicious, fries are always cold, stale and bad tasting as well as the drinks? I don't know if the flavour syrups have changed or what is going on but they taste horrible and not like coke or sprite at all!
however also cannot fault the customer service so far.

I get my two sauces and there both a quarter full and on a Saturday I went there she asked why I wasn't at school

Worst maccas ever waited over an hour and half for my food to be delivered and then on top of that the whole order was wrong came cold Pattie’s uncooked frozen drinks melted the people that worked during that shift should be saked they’re more useless then anyone to ever work

Can't get an order right to save themselves, save yourself the hassle, not worth going here

Great service today not sure of the chap's name but he was on about 2.30ish. A breath of fresh air and so happy!

Management get what they pay for which leads to poor customer service by inexperienced staff.

Nothing is ever hot. The fries NEVER HAVE ANY SALT, AND ARE ALWAYS ONLY HALF FULL. Their burgers are always put together like a BIG SLOPPY MESS with none of the ingredients placed carefully in the middle of the buns or burgers! The guts are always hanging out the sides as if someone had stepped on it! Wouldn't surprise me at all if the was the case!
Most of the staff must be illiterate because they can NEVER read and apply special requests or extras even though you've paid EXTRA. Totally don't care about customer service. I very much doubt they've ever heard of it, don't know what it is or were NEVER TRAINED how to apply it. The employees obviously HATE THEIR JOB because their LACK OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE DELIVERY IS BLARINGLY OBVIOUS!
One of our local chippy's has the BEST BURGERS IN PERTH and only about HALF THE PRICE! The franchisee obviously doesn't care about making money. What a slack-minded individual!

Not sure of the name of the brown hair short/ish girl working at 9: 30 on sunday 16/04 was but i’ve never encountered such a disgraceful person acting how she did while working.arguing, putting down and swearing at your workmates and making vulgar, indirect remarks about food delivery drivers while there is a menulog driver trying to make a living right infront of you.it’s absolutely disgusting. There’s a difference between having a bad day/shift and being a bad person and it was quite clear which of the two she was. Hope no one has to deal with her behaviour in the future.

Messes up our order and refused to fix it and told us to go around the drive through and order and pay again for what we had already ordered and paid for!

Everytime I go to the kelmscott McDonald's I have a problem. We went at 3: 30am! We where the only customers there. Had to wait 30 minutes for a McChicken meal and a double quater pounder meal. For the second time they have given us a burger that is soaking in oil! It's absolutely disgusting! The oil has changed the colour of the bun, thats how soaked it was Never going there again!

Go through drive thru and she said 1st window but sounded like 3rd window, why didn't she just say next window like normal drive thrus? Made me go all the way back around just to pay, not very good customer service, incompetent staff

Just had the worst McDonalds experience ever. Was told I was being rude because I was complaining about the poor service and wait time. It took 25minutes to get our food (3 minutes to home if that). Was left waiting at the box before we were served (they apologised for the wait), moved forward to the delivery window where we were handed our drinks, a minute or two later we were asked to park as they were waiting on fresh fries, so I did. There was a car parked next to us where the occupants had vacated their car and smoked a cigarette in the time that they had waited before their food arrived. Another car and 2 Uber drivers had arrived and left and we were still waiting (remember the whole process took 22minutes for a burger box).
By this stage I had now been waiting 20 minutes and entered the store to ask why I had waited so long for fries to cook (I could have made home cooked fries in this time including peeling the potatoes). As I entered I noticed the manager placing fries in the bag and asked if they were ours and if the burgers weee also fresh now due to having waited so long, I was advised they were and had just been made, at that I left with my food in hand.
I returned home to cold food (all except the nuggets, which usually go to my dogs). The manager said I was being rude when I called to inform her that in fact the food she had told me was fresh was not at all, I was told I needed to consider the other things they needed to do and I was not their only priority (or at all it would seem). On several occasions I have had similar experiences where instead of accepting accountability and attempting to fix their poor service and food preparation they instead try and put the blame on the customer.

Wake up, the reason people get angry and upset is because your performance is poor and you continue to refuse to address it. This time the manager wouldn’t even provide a name so it could be reported to corporate (she was aware that was my intention) and then proceeded to hang up.
Dinner at 9pm

The place is filthy. Slipped on the floor because it is covered in grease. Bins overflowing, mess over all the tables. Meanwhile staff members on phone using Facebook and got served by an obviously stoned teenager. Bacon in my burger was so old you couldn't even bite a bit off it. Worst MacDonald's I have ever encountered. Lucky I didn't get sick.

Been told twice now that they can’t do frappes so have to drive to the better forrestdale maccas instead also this maccas looks very old and In need of a Reno.

Went in there Christmas night to see a man in the grill with a singlet on dripping sweat all over the food I have a picture of this and will be reporting it to.the appropriate health departments

Would not serve me 11.40pm as under staffed and cleaning could not have food for 20mins. Are u not 24 hour?

Got the order wrong at the speaker, corrected it then waited 20 minutes for a wrong order still. Watered down soft drinks as well?

Disappointing that menulog stuffed my order and obviously was upset because I waited over 40 minutes and tried calling McDonald's and spoke to Alisha and she hung up on me instead of trying to assist, where has the customer service gone to try and fix the problem instead of passing it on, so rude
