McDonald's Crown Perth

Absolute mayhem. The seating area was trashed, no apple juice and no happy meal boxes. Had to ask for a toy and also forgot my drink

McDonalds is fine with ample parking and disability access. The management need to get their act together with cleaning and hygiene standards as every time my friends and I enter the eating area it is disgusting and disgraceful, due to the amount of rubbish discarded by a lot of visitors who don't care where they leave their rubbish this includes not just on the tables and chairs also the floor. Tables should be cleared and cleaned straight after use and rubbish cleared from the floor. It is also health and safety to the public who have to find a place to sit and eat, trip and falls hazards especially for people who have a disability or elderly.

Staff are very good, but found the place to be on the whole rather badly cared for and customers sprawled over sofas, leaving a mess and not caring for the amenities. Perhaps McDonald's should start evicting hooks and bogan and help clean up Australia.

The speed of service was good in the morning. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. There were no coffee options on the kiosk which was surprising.

Food tasted good, but near on all the tables, were either dirty or wonky, wasn't busy, so not hard to give them a wipe over

Could you please restructure your ordering options to reflect the ability to be able to order barbecue sauce on your breakfast muffins

Food was ok however the service was well and truly lacking waiting for my order for 20 min.while people whom came well after me got thair orders and it wasn't a big order. A double beef and bacon burger and 6 nuggets.

Many staff but only one is serving. No one knows about the new order. Constantly repeating my number to staff.

Got my food order 5 minutes before coffee was completed for was cool when eating didn't get any sauces or utensils with the order had to go back and get these want busy it was 0840

I ordered through Uber east driver delivered it was great but staff in McDonald’s crown can’t get orders right to many kids work in these places and useless

It is on of few options after midnight in the area. Bit busy if you want to order over counter, best is to use the machines. No chicken wraps here unfortunately.

Maccas are getting worse every day. Couldn't even put all the ingredients on my burgers and what was on it was mostly on the box and fries were cold and soggy.

The food is very well done. Although, some patrons who attend this Mc Donald's, do a big disservice to the staff, here, and the facilities, also. I am not impressed with the way that some patrons act, here. Maybe, they would benefit from having a security guard onsite.

Extremely poor. Drink was literally pouring out of the package when we got it. The chocolate shake had absolutely no chocolate in it and the mcchicken with additions was completely ignored. Would give 0 if possible.

McChicken luke warm in the middle of busy 1am service- cheapest bit of chicken ive seen - not what i remember from the days. Lacking sauce. Just boring. Chips also lukewarm. How during rush service? !? ! Super disappointed. Couldn’t even drink OJ it was that sweet

If I could give it a half star I would. Understand the staff are sick of dealing with drunken morons, but that's no excuse for the microwaved chicken & dry patties. Not cheap anymore either

Excellent service by this front counter girl called Katrina/kathrine at breakfast time today, coffees was good as well

Not bad for a Maccas - huge crowd, understaffed but they were knocking out meals pretty fast and ours was good quality

Understaffed, overworked, filthy restaurant which is an embarrassment to tourists visiting the attached venue.

Also, often doesn't have menu selections, or the selections have missing ingredients.

SCAMMERS. My order came to $27 and I had given a $100 note but only received $20 change which I didn’t realise until after I looked at my receipt. The register only tendered $50 which I’m very angry about because how do you get a GREEN note confused with a YELLOW note? I can’t even get my money back since I have no proof? Check your till buddy. Who is gonna be spending $80 at maccas? When I thought McDonalds Crown would be more professional but instead more dodgier than every other maccas. I know what you look like and I will find you.
