McDonald's Crown Perth

This place is too expensive and inconveniently located. I had to WALK SO FAR FROM MY ROOM. However, I do appreciate their recent approach to cleanliness, but it ought to be done at a more frequent rate. There was also a MASSIVE LACK OF LES MIS ADD MORE LES MIS

The boy who was gave me my drink, filled it up 3/4. When I came up to the register and apologized and asked if he could top it off. He said to me. It was the gas making it go down. But he then said he would fill it up. I said thank you but when he gave me my drink, he put it down and said. "well it probably will explode but whatever. " This customer service is horrible, and the attitude was not needed. A have a nice day would have sufficed. Ps.the drink did not explode because that is not how gas and liquids work.

I was at the Casino and Macca's was only outlet that offered something I might have liked.not something I really wanted. Wish they had an alternative fast food place like Hungry Jack's or Alfred's Kitchen or even a family fish and chips. Or better still reopen CARVERS AND BRING BACK THE $10 BUS TRIPS.

We had a free ice cream as another cosumor ordered chocolate ice cream but a vanilla one was given to him and then as they made a mistake, and he did not want to have the vanilla as free, I was given that one

Food was ok. Typical Mac Donalds. On leaving the premises we found that part of the order was missing and on returning to report the issue, the staff member didn't appear to care and offered no compensation. Very poor attitude. I won't be back.

At this point Armadale maccas serves better quality food than here! Chips were cold, got given a coke in place of a coffee frappe only to see 2mins later someone walking away with a frappe. Nuggets were almost still kicking. Way to go maccas, one way to kill our crown stay.

The amount of McFlurry is much less than other stores.
And don’t park in the parking lot closest to McDonald’s, because this parking lot is not for outsiders.
I bought McFlurry and Chicken Nuggets waited for 15 minutes, and parked for 33 minutes it took me $20.

Food is good normal Maka, tables are dirty and nobody cleans around, we had to clean ourselves. We asked for napkins to clean our table and they refuse to help. Very disappointed considering that it is placed under Casinos roof and Covid restrictions

Most macdonalds are exactly the same considering the amount of people at this one the service is, quick plenty of seating

MC Donald's everywhere is the same, tastes good and the price is cheap, here too, the price is not more expensive than mc Donald's elsewhere, it's just that the table is not clean, maybe because of the lack of cleaning service employees, overall quite good.

People yelling, long waits, don't have your food, fail to refund, what they do have is lower quality than most maccas

This McDonald's is near the Casino and has good seating. There are many seats near the glass facade. The furniture is very new. The food is normal like any other McDonald's. However, they were out of Frozen coke, so I had to order something else.

Pathetic oreo McFlurry. If I could give no stars I would. If I wanted plain vanilla icecream I would have gone to IGA. What a joke.

Went to CROWN & walked around there for 1 hour trying to find an ATM that could scan my ANZ virtual card. Turns out you have to have & use your plastic cards to withdraw cash. Plus you pay a few dollars for the privilege of using the atm there. They aren't any bank ATMs. They are privately owned.

Very fair with customer service but need to speed up with their tasks to avoid having to wait and wait.tables aren't clean and sanitizer most of the times that i had to clean it myself

Prepare for evening entertainment outside from local riff raff.
Macca's is Macca's afterall.

There should be more details of the opening and closing people will still eating and drinking in the different where is eating establishments ok people

Look, you don't come here for a clean hygienic meal. You come here for a cheap feed at 4am after loosing everything on "just one more spin".

It's ok but shares the site with other food outlets. Seating is limited but most of all it doesn't have any warm and fuzzies so going back is unlikely.

The food was good but all tables were greasy definitely not clean when my daughter and I were there, not only were the tables covered in greasy finger prints but on many tables people's rubbish were still there aswell.
Very disappointed especially considering the establishment we were in (The Crown)
