McDonald's Beechboro

Told us to wait in the waiting bay for drinks, forgot about us for 30 mins, i had to call the store to bring out drinks and they still stuffed up the whole order

Claim to have great coffee but in actual fact they have easily the worst coffee in Australia. No care given to the coffee. Normally get it wrong also. Lift your game McDonald’s people want continue to put up with your terrible service.

It's fine, fast service and I could get a frappe without a "the frappe machine isn't working" during peak periods

I went in and ordered 1 burger without the meat patty with an extra slice of cheese, and one with the meat patty. I wasnt given the burger with the patty, and instead got two burgers with 2 slices of cheese. ON TOP of that, I didnt get anything else in my burger but the cheese.

I had some egg shell in my double bacon egg muffin! They use real egg! Rang them and was offered refund or replacement.but I had already left and will have to go back for it another day.if only the cook was more attentive and careful.

Clearly lazy staff!
They never have what's on the menu. For example: at night time they refuse to make frozen drink flavours other than coke. They're excuses is they don't have the flavours. Carrying on like this for months now.
They don't have frappes, they say the machine isn't working but in the morning they can make it.the night staff are lazy and always have an excuse with some orders that are even on the menu!

Always make mistakes with orders - always!
Forget to put items in the order etc.eg: no chips when bought a meal, no egg when bought egg & sausage muffin like honestly, is it so hard to quality check orders?

I ask for no mcchicken sauce on my mcchicken but instead of no sauce they covered the whole outer bun w ketchup, I don’t how but they stupidly managed and I wait for 40 min this store is just full of mentally deficient kids.

Terrible service. Ordered through drive through, checked the order before leaving the car park and it was wrong. Went inside, gave them the wrong order and told them what my order was. Given my order and left. Got home and surprise surprise. Another wrong order. Beechboro McDonald's has to be the worst in Western Australia!

Appalling service. Ordered a family meal and when it arrived the drinks were on their sides on top of the food. Everything was ruined, soggy chips and burgers soaked in coke. Called the restaurant and they denied it was them even though the bag came sealed with the stickers. They tried to blame the driver saying he must have moved the drinks into the food bag. Said they couldn't do anything to help unless I came to the restaurant with the spoiled soggy bag and I should contact Menulog. The flat out refusal to take any responsibility for the idiotic error made by one of the staff was disgusting. Definitely won't be ordering from there again.

Staff forgot some food that I have order for take away. I have to drive back there to get it. Wasting my time.
Food checker is suck, they don’t check the food items properly.
McDonald need to train their staffs more or check a food docket before handover to customer. The time I went that it wasn’t busy at all. How come you guys being so carefree.

It's just another Maccas, same menu, same everything just a different location. The only thing I'll get from Maccas these days is the coffee and that's about it.

Worst McDonald's in Perth, burgers are badly made. And also get short changed on fries in drive-Thur.

I loathe MacDonalds now.the burgers are piss ant size.overpriced, luke warm at best. Shakes have so little flavor may as well be vanilla.

All I wanted was some nugs after a long day at work, went to maccas in beechboro, everything else was good, EXEPT THE NUGGETS! Like how hard is it to put 6 nuggets in a fkn bag! So I want a voucher for 6 nuggets emailed to me for next time I go there because I’ll never get that $6 back!
Very unimpressed

The staff were very friendly, however the meals were cold. This is the third time it has happened. Asked for a lift drink and got Soda. Won’t be back

Thay ate all way very polite with us oldies and bring the food to the table for you I find Beechboro and Midland are very good service not so much Morley

Prefer came 30 mins late just sat there to go cold n was waiting ages for 2 drinks absolutely disgusting

An older Maccas store that could do with a return or rebuild. Small inside. Shares car park with Beechboro shopping centre. Go for the drive through option on this one.

Staff need to keep re-reading everything on the screen/receipt as they're packing the order as they always miss something out of most orders
