McDonald's Beechboro

Ordered through uber last night and it’s really close to my house but i still got a very dry burger which was hard to even chew!

Restaurant manager talks abusive language and disrespect everyone and also abuse the food delivery guys, honestly they talk abusive language

Are you kidding me with the portion of chips.
4 large chips and this is the most any of them had.

Rude young staff laughing messing around and best of all made to wait for this disgrace.

Had a take home regular angus beef, large chips and frap cafe for just $14.6. What a bargain! Here comes the real review. First bite was great. The patty was beefy, juicy and flavorful. It had a crusty corner outside and got softer as you bite deeper. However! It is a little too salty as I eat more to the middle of the meat and I had to contanstly add some of my own salad to balance it out. So it was a minus point. The chips and the frap cafe were very good though. Definitely come back for this angus beef but maybe be more careful with the order - dont put too much salt? !

Ordered a kids Happy Meal with the burger minus pickles, mustard and onions.we get home and have A bun with onion, pickles and mustard only.no meat and no cheese but still got charged full price!

They never had ice cream. Always their have some problem. Food is not fresh. Very disappointed so sad.

Don’t even deserve one star. The lady at the drive thru at night is too much pathetic and rude with people picking their orders. Not have sense at all.

The cleaning job is horrendous! The dining floors are too greasy and are always filthy, the other day I brought my child in to the restaurant and my poor little boy slipped over leftover food on the dining area floor. Seriously not impressed! Managers can be heard yelling at the staff far too often which triggered my other child who has sensory issues. Please fix the behaviour and hygiene inside this restaurant.

It's Macca's. But.considering I've been whinging about them in the past (Beechboro store), food missing, wraps falling apart, chips cold, missing drinks from orders, even boycotting them for months, I have to say.they've really improved, I don't know who is making your wraps in the evening but don't get rid of them. Food standard has improved, frappes are better. I don't know.maybe they've had a big staff turnaround lately, what ever it is, it's better.

Their customer Service is so horrible, everytime I’ve ordered from here, they have angry looks and never smiling, whilst giving you attitude and also never get your order correct always forgetting or making my meal funny, Aundre was one of the workers who gave attitude made us drive off without what we ordered

There was a whole egg shell in my food, i did pick it out and eat it anyway but thats beside the point. Need to take more care when cooking eggs because this isnt the first time

The last 3 meals I have ordered over the space of about 6 months have all been either wrong or something has been completely missing from the meal.

I don’t know how many times they got our orders wrong because this happened so many times already. They always forget some of our orders.
We ordered through ubereats since we can’t go to the maccas and they forgot our 4 medium fries. Not even a straw for drinks. So I called them and they said “yeah you can come here and pick it up”
They can’t be serious…? We ordered through the app since we can’t go to the restaurant. Isn’t it your job to check if the orders are correct before sending them off? I wish I can give 0 star. This is ridiculous.

This experience been a while since coming to this store. Drive through busy as usual no issue there. Service was fine. Food I've had alot better. Food prepared the bacon was hard and was fried unable to eat:/ Notice its a trend during busier periods to just "Fry" a bunch.and coffee was average. Be a while till I go back again.

This place is game changer for incompetence.
Repeat the order as I ordered. Large Mcchicken meal add cheese and tomato. Confirmed.
Repeat the request at the payment window. Confirmed.
Repeat the request at the pick up window. Confirmed.
No cheese or tomato and a beef patty in the chicken burger.
No soft drinks available as well.
If you own this place and read these reviews, sort it out if you are doing anything other than making money, because your staff are completely incompetent and are in need of training or dismissal.

All the machines are always broken and the place is really disgustingly dirty. We live in Australia, it is incredibly hot

Usually when I go to a McDonald’s I don’t expected a kid as a manager telling me to go away as he felt it was busy. Then a kid asked for money and then attempted to steal my receipt and claim my food (which didn’t work out) after this I won’t be coming into the store I’d rather go to the kfc or hungry jacks further down the road. Dirty inside too and very crowded. Good for food though I enjoyed my food.

Busy as absolute hell, not a very large area to stand and wait for your order without blocking an access way of some sort.

Ordered a full cream chai late, received a cold skim milk with a tsp of coffee! You have 50cents less you won't get your order, but you pay full price and expect to get your order but you don't! Bad customer service

If your looking for a place where nothing works, including the staff, where you pay for things you don't receive, you like burning through your fuel to wait over half an hour for one item, if you like melted ice cream if your lucky enough to come at a time it isn't "broken", still frozen or stone cold stale chips, rock hard burgers with a side order of the WORST customer service, then this S**THOLE is the place for you! It is DISGUSTING this place is even still open let alone actually pay people to be even more DISGUSTING.
