55Night shift manager had a long chat with her friend at drive thru. Had to beep to push them moving. The manager got annoyed because I stopped her conversation and sort of blamed me. I know I had to wait in the parking bay, but that's not the reason you can have a long chat with your friend at drive thru and make me waiting for your chat.
The young Jeb was so kind and friendly to me. His service was amazing and he was very kind and courteous to my daughter Jenny. He was also a very handsome young man. Very happy.
10 staff that I could see serving 3 people and the 3 people standing around waiting for 5 mins for the first meal. It was actually impressive to watch from an inefficiency point of view.
Months later I gave them another shot through Uber eats. Icecream horizontal when I got it. Go team!
It was taking so long to get through the drive-thru and when we finally got to the window, 3 different people checked with us what our order was and all of them were wrong. When it seemed they worked it out, they handed me the wrong order so I had to give it back. It was really ridiculous. In the end they used the order that I showed them on my phone. It wasn't even busy. Heaven help them when it is.
Staff are very efficient, polite and great to deal with! Food came out very quickly. Definitely one of the best Maccas we've been to.
Chicken was freshly cooked so it was weirdly extra juicy and oily which was a bit off putting.
Otherwise a great midnight shnack.
What happened with this place. Used to be the best for the service. The new team is too slow. When costumers stands in front of them they just ignore. Please speak with you stuff. So childish service.
How hard is it to get a drink order correct? I order zero sugar, the receipt says zero sugar, the girl handing it over to me confirms its zero sugar. Guess what? Its normal coke! Only minor but this is the 3rd time! Get it right!
Been here a few times before picking my brother up from the air port, after all these years I only discovered it was there, but been a few times now and always given correct order and made well, service has always been nice, cant complain:)
Apart from my last visit, I've felt like simply a number. An eldery woman is quite rude. (A young brunette last visit was efficient & courteous.
Got my order wrong, didn’t get the extra sauce on the ice cream. Staff ok, but ridiculously loud talking to each other and laughing about their stories, sharing with the whole restaurant.
The place is clean and food was fine. I give this rating for the fact you can’t get counter service at all here.
Screens were out, slow to get food, got burger had a sauce explosion and no cheese, took it back it then came with double fish, thanks for the extra but didn't want it, too much hassle to take it back. Looked like quality control lacked, kid behind the counter joked about having to add the cheese.
Ordering process was good, when we approach the final window to collect our coffee we asked the service attendant which coffee was which, example latte or cappuccino, the attendant looked at us shrugged its shoulders. When customers are purchasing coffee i would think its good practice your staff know or mark coffees appropriately and know the answer in this instance. C'mon Macdonalds teach your staff. What if it was a allergy reason as to why we needed to know
I'm not a big Maccas fan, but as far as Maccas go, this one is all right. One thing that was annoying last time I was here, I ordered on the self serve machines, and tried to minus mustard. But the machine said that I can't minus the mustard, because the mustard was sold out. So I Ieft it, but then when my burger came there was mustard after all, and I had to wipe it off with serviettes.
Service was none existent, staff and manager need better customer service training.left and went to Mac as down the road it was a lot better
Polite staff, fantastic fries. It may cause me to get a bit fatter than I should be, but that's my choice.
I visited Mac Donald’s ascot around 11.20pm. I placed a drive thru order. I was asked to wait. After waiting in waiting bay for about 8 min. There were 3 more cars waiting after my order who were also asked to wait. Lady comes out to deliver my order and went to other car and speaks so loudly she gets so scared of her. I interrupted her that this is my order. She also shouts on me and tell me off that I heard you. Rather than telling sorry she handles the order rudely and walks off with attitude. Really not impressed with McDonald’s standards. Also she did not remember which car gave what order. And order was not warm enough.
And also this system is not followed at any other McDonald’s.
Even though I customised my Order very specifically, when I got home I discovered that the order did not fit the items requested. They weren't even busy.
Always good for a quick visit and it’s super handy now that they have those menus that you can choose an order yourself without going to the counter
