McDonald's Ascot

Stopped in on the way to the Airport for a coffee and a pee, toilets could be cleaner, store was quiet and service was quick. Plenty of parking and access is easy. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Maccas.

I don't understand how they can get an order so wrong in the drivethrough?
2x large flat white with x3 hazelnut, one with 4 sugars.
1x medium flat white with almond milk.
How did we get 1 pump of
Hazelnut in the 'Large' almond flat white and the large flat white with 4 sugars?
All tasted milky and no coffee flavour just the coffee grounds!
Also. I don't take sugar due to my health issues.the hazelnut is a syrup. I had to throw my 7 dollar coffee out
Oh and we were asked to park too!
Bloody lift your game maccas!
$21 dollars for absolute rubbish!

Stone cold food every time. Whenever I order Uber eats from this McDonald’s I receive completely cold food. Worst McDonald’s in Perth.

I recently came in and appreciate the passionate and warm customer service from Leo the cashier. He made me feel welcome despite my obvious lack of confidence when ordering my meal. He assured me that my burger would be warm and fresh with an oozy warm salty mayonnaise. I was originally a vegan, after chatting with Leo about McDonald’s sustainable sourcing of meat I made the decision to be a full time carnivore. Many thanks Leo and the team! Well done!

Cheese hanging out of burger on not just one but two. Outside area was untidy with rubbish. Inside looks clean and was nice. Staff friendly but attention to detail lacked. Servings of fries and drink good. Salad was ok and fairly fresh. My kids like the outdoor play area.

Sometimes we dine in here because it is clean and quiet and the service is swift. Best McDonald's in Belmont area. Drive-thru service is always a 10. Keep up the great work guys

They made us feel wit to order for 5 plus minutes and than they tell us we don’t have what you want.
What a ridiculous way to serve n value customers time.
To keep ur order time intact u wasted customers time which is outrageous

Disgusting attitude shown by staff, "getting pumped" for being down right rude is not an excuse.

How is it so dry and old when they are so busy and it had to be cooked fresh. The chips taste like cardboard but then somehow half are still semi frozen. I guess my mistake for going to maccas lmao.

Morning ruined. Ordered a long black with a dash of milk. Woman at counter insisted Long macchiato is the same, I said no. She insisted it’s the same. Got the long Mach. Morning ruined: (

Make sure that you check your order as they pass it over. The last two times through the drive through they have stuffed my order and missed items both times.

Overall very average, sometimes service is fast and other times slow. Sometimes food is good and other times, not so much.

Self service machine would take credit card.
Asked for table service didn't come had to go to counter.
When burgers came they were just warm. Went to get a hot one and the staff were quite rude.
Then I took fries back because they were cold too.
Was the worst. Had my grandchildren with me and they didn't get there sause.
Don't think I will be going again soon.
Same because the kids love going there

Ordered a crispy chicken deluxe burger and discovered a strand of hair hanging out of it. I am entirely put off from returning to this mcdonald's ever again. The quality and quantity of their food is terrible.

Amazing customer service food was pretty good & first McDonalds I've been to where they have a pay pass box attached on the outside of the pay window so handy & easy to use something I think all McDonald's should have as there's nothing worse than using an eftpos machine where the cord is all twisted A+

They gave me the worst choc browny when i orderd cheesecake and there choc cake is uneatable but everything else is good

Dining in. Food ok.had to return three serves of chips because they were cold.loads of people on kitchen but couldn't manage to provide hot chips? Ladies and disabled toilets a disgrace.dirty in ladies.no toilet paper in disabled toilets. Need to lift their game

Service was great, fast, hot.cleanliness was poor dirty toilets, looks like they haven't been cleaned in some time, as the restaurant wasn't that busy either
