Never been one to write reviews due to not wanting to waste my time putting the effort in so this is my first ever review. But honestly this would have to be the biggest abomination of a fast food restaurant in existence. The orders are NEVER correct whether it’s dine in or drive thru. Actually sitting here after dining in for the first time in years and it took 23 minutes before I lost patience and asked for a refund of my order which was still not ready or served. I understand about giving younger people a fair go as they enter the workforce but honestly whoever owns or is the manager of this joint needs to vastly improve level of service and production. Quite honestly a pathetic display.

This store continually mucks up orders. Half our order missing again and no one ever answers the phone. I'd be embarrassed if I was the manager on tonight. Poor effort maccas

Can never make me what I would like no matter how nicely I ask, I’m always served with attitude and disrespect. The only nice person who works here and they have the best service is Rebekah, this maccas needs to focus on their people skills.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Usually really polite and nice in the morning but tonight they got my order wrong, had to wait 10 minutes for them to correct my order, which they didnt even make me a new burger they just added stuff to mine. To busy serving free food to their friends that came in. By the time i got my burger my chips were stone cold.

Bad service, cold food, yuk, they claim to be 24hour but I've been there 4 times in the last week and a half and they have been closed and unable to serve food, not at the same time every day either. Pretty useless

McDonald's on Thomas Rd byford never get the oder right. It's an absolute joke. Breakfast or dinner.its always wrong or cold.

They had very poor customer service and they where parking a lot off cars up. Everyone that ordered after me got there meals and I had to tell 3 workers what I ordered when the came out and all they kept on saying we will be a minute. This was around 19: 15 on the 7/6/22 and we waited for our order which took about 20-30 minutes and they still stuffed it up

Fast table service, clean tables and floors and good play area for children. Only complaint was that the macca's "wi-fry" stopped working for a couple of minutes but that's the NBN everywhere.

Come here more often than I should and most of the time leave disappointed. Simple orders have been wrong far too many times including today. Food quality and presentation is lazy. Some of the staff couldn't care less. Get what you pay for I guess.

Great coffee, that's all l needed, great staff sense of humour. My daughter normally drives, me, l drove that day, straight to the pay out, n forgot to order my coffee, hehe, backed up, ordered, n the staff wondered what happened! Good giggle to start the day.

When an order was put through incorrectly, the staff were easy about it and just redid the order without any issues. Thank you very much, especially as it was a large order:)

They rarely make the coffee right, the lemonade never tastes right and the chips are never salted.staff are great though

A new - if not exactly the heaalthiest - addition to the byford suburbs.this golden arches franchise doesn't disappoint.they make some of the meanest angus burgers! Very friendly and helpful staff.lots of room outside with a huge car park

Ordered fries with byford maccas 3 times now and the fries appear to look browner than normal. It doesnt taste fresh either.

Night shift are terrible, 1am and the chips are ice cold and the burger was half finished.this has happened 3 times now.might as well close shop at night.

Worst MacDonalds I've been to in my life 12 orders wrong in a row and a few 20 minute waits. What they get rights half cold.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! And the food was stone cold.half hour wait for food that wasn't even edible. The managers attitude was just as bad.
