Have been several times and each time the wait for food and drinks is huge. The wait staff were too under the pump, the floor was super gross and messy. We ordered 4 takeaway coffees in drive thru and waited over 15 mins. I went in to follow up and they were just sitting on the counter getting cold. No apologies. Definitely don't recommend.

There was a really mean server named Jack Ford. He used horrible language in front of my kids including swear words. I will never come here again!

Everytime I go there, wait is over 20 minutes, went there today, got two cones and a chips and it took half an hour, only go if you are really desperate and only get there desserts and drinks because everything is a rip off so don’t pay for something that’s gonna be unsalted and cold. Never going there again, gone too many times. Also staff are rude. Today a staff member said it’s okay instead of apologising implying we did something wrong. It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, this place is just trash. Go to hungry jacks instead, food cheaper and better and staff are really quick and nice.

The only McDonald's I visit where I constantly get forgotten about in the waiting bays. Don't stop at go, don't collect $200, just go straight to the waiting bays of endless time.

Service is terrible. Food takes an eternity to arrive and the drive thru makes you sit in the waiting bay all the time. Byford Maccas really excludes the “fast” in fast food

Been there so many times, always asked for extra pickles on my burger but end up getting one or none.absolutely atrocious, i happily will drive out to armadale maccas from now onwards

The worst service ever people flying through the drive through why i wait in tge waiting bay for 10 minutes thats nearly 10 cars 11 another just drove by stupid blonde cashier cant do her job asking me what my order is 10 minutes later

I find this place is well kept, its typically cleaner than most Mc Donald's so thats good.
Food is a hit and miss.but overall its better than it's worse.

Slow service focus more on Uber ears orders than in store customers.

Great to see Mac Donald’s really don’t care about customers who actually eat in their restaurants. 1 year later and say poor service and to make it better cold food.

Ordered a McFlurry today with added caramel sauce. To get a cup of plain ice cream with a sprinkle of Oreo and a drop of caramel. I asked for just a little more sauce as I had paid for 2 extras the manager Brock was very unhappy to do so but the staff lady with black hair came back and gave me hot fudge which I can't eat, I asked her to change it to caramel and she glared at me and gave me a look like what do U want me to do.

This is disgusting, if someone pays for extra make it right or don't be mad when people ask it to be fixed

Meant to be open 24HRS. Every night they don't serve between the hours of 12AM and 2AM with a different lame excuse every time. Cleaning. System is down. Resetting the system.etc.worse Maccas ever! And they need a STOP sign at the exit so the cars won't hit local traffic driving straight! Also INDICATE people when leaving Maccas!

Very disappointed with the service at the drive through, was waiting to order, two cars got served before on the other lane before, I drive through I was the only car at the order point. Give the impression same of the Byford Mac Donald staff are racist……shame on you guys.

I ordered a lrg classic angus meal, didn't ask to add or remove anything yet they gave me one with no beef in it. So hungry and disappointed

Almost every time I visit this McDonalds, the chips are either half full, cold and soggy or old and hard.which makes no sense because I'm always asked to park as they have to make "fresh chips. " The burgers are almost always hard and definitely not made with fresh ingredients. Kind of had enough to be honest.

They attend the drive tru, and let the delivery drivers waiting on the door for over 30 minutes for small things like milkshakes.

Not very impressed they forgot a few things from our order and the machines didn't print out receipts. My son got asked where is your receipt? Customer service needs to improve and make sure everything a customer ordered is handed in the bag. Not impressed and won't be back.

Our order was stolen by someone else. We waited for over 30 minutes for our drive thru order to arrive. They really need to ask customers what they ordered instead of telling them what they are carrying to the waiting bay, because 100% of the time if the order is of more value than what they paid, they will immediately say yep. Disappointing. A multi trillion dollar company and the training standards are not up to scratch. Pick up your game. I don't go to and order this often but when I do, I expect the order to be right
