Tess and Christine gives brilliant service at the counter and Jasmine and Alex make great coffees from the McCafe.

So this place was amazing when it first opened. But I've noticed that since hiring an older lady who I assume is the manager, the place seems to be disorganized chaos. The staff look unhappy, the older lady runs around looking like a chicken with her head cut off and I am constantly getting home to find half my order missing.
Time to get rid of that bad egg in my opinion.
