I came through the drive through on Tuesday 26/04/2022, Sophie at the presenting window was beyond kind and had very friendly customer service skills. Sophie made my mcdonald’s experience like no other:)

Ordered a crispy chicken the chicken was way overcooked
And couldn't return as was already to far to turn around and deal with it on the other hand the chips were decent enough that it delayed me eating the burger straight away

Bunch of kids work there, they're very sweet and honestly make the best looking burgers compared to all the other maccas I've been to, just lookg at this Big Mac, good on yas

Service quality varies greatly here.
Yesterday, the babycino I ordered for my 3 year old son had a shot of coffee in it. Honestly, what 3 year old needs caffeine?

Pathetic service. Have to repeat your order over and over, and they still can't get it right. Then the excuse given is that their headsets don't work properly. Ahh here's a suggestion, get them fixed and test them out. The manager then asks for my order 3 times, obviously these people aren't very well trained and the incompetence starts at the top.

I ordered an apple pie in the drive through @ Murdoch store just after 5pm yesterday, I ate it during the drive and thought it wasn't as good as usual. It wasn't until I went to throw out the packet that I noticed it had expired at 11: 34 AM that morning, it had a big sticker on it stating so. YUCK.

I can't believe the manager is the most unfriendly and impolite person that I've ever met. I saw her being impolite not just with one customer I saw her with a different person and also she through the orden to a little guy it's unbelievable.

Very rude female manager instead of apologising for an order error she says we human you know we don’t have what you odered we ran out of it. So why ddnt you tell me before the order than giving me an alternative. Rude manager at 14.15hrs 30/11/2021.

Disappointed. Obviously didn’t want to serve real people. I don’t like to use the auto ordering system and waited at the counter for ages while I could see the staff in the kitchen but no one would make eye contact. I ended up leaving without ordering. What ever happened to personal service. As I was leaving the lady behind me had to “yoohoo” to get someone’s attention.

Overall i have been happy with their consistent gd service and getting my orders right. Only last saturday they stuffed up my Happy Meal order for my little one. They forgot the small chips.
Now i know to check my order despite their gd track record!

Had the sausage mcmuffin meal. The sausage mcmuffin and hash brown were nice and hot. Mocha too.
Very happy about that as sometimes the drink can be lukewarm.
The environment was very neat and tidy

Excellent service and care given to detail. Loved the way the staff looked after their clientele. Exceptional Mcdonalds

They skimed me on my recent order. I ordered a double big mac and got half the meat I was supposed to have and no cheese. I also ordered two cheese burgers and both of them had no cheese on them. I don't recommend going to the maccas in Murdoch

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 icecreams and a drink. Also averaging about one order out every five minutes. Just disappointing.

Under trained staff members.

Ask for freshly make nuggets and chips, they serve me lukewarm.

Ordered sausage and egg muffin, it came with out egg.

Ask for sweet sour sauce as dipping for 18 pieces chicken nuggets, it did not come with any.

Request ketchup for chip and nuggets. They will just gave you one.

18 pieces nuggets ordered, it only come 15. Maybe Mccas is helping their clients with amount of food intakes.

Why the building looks like Nuclear-proof building? And as customer, we couldn't see their kitchen. After few incidents, I gave up. Just in case they might spit in my food.

If you want to place an order with staff, don't go this Mccas. No staff member will be in line of sight.

Just left hospital and everyone was closed so maccas was all, so 20 pack nugget meal.large chips and large drink fir hubby and I to share.
