Staff on site to help unload and give a brief explanation on possible outcomes and diagnosis with the fridge.
Have used this business before with a great result.
Hopefully the same outcome whereby the fridge is repaired and the unit will be placed back into service after the repairs.

Mary Anne is my guardian angel. She is honest, reliable and an amazing woman. Her work is second to none and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was so stressed about the oven timer and some spills on the inside of the oven in my rental house and Mary Anne calmed me down and sorted it all out for me. The best service I have ever had by a repairer. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to use her services in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very Honest and helpful, dishwasher had died. 24 years old, they advised not to repair and suggested brands to look at, helped with new installation and took away the old beast. Will use anytime our white goods fail. Many thanks

Had probably the best experience with Mary Ann, she would have to be the best person to have in your home for a call out.
Very professional, knows her stuff, amazing prices compared to the others, And is great to chat to.
Would recommend for anyone and everyone to use her services.
You will not be disappointed.

I have been using Mary Ann's Refrigeration services for the last ten years or so in my capacity as a rental properties manager as well as for personal repairs on washers, dryers and refrigerators.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough! So professional and knowledgeable. My latest experience was when my 90yo Muminlaw called me after hours in a panic about her fridge/freezer not working. Phoned Mary Ann and she was able to talk my husband through a quick fix to tide over until the next morning when the new part was installed within minutes! Mary Ann was literally in and out within 20 minutes and the problem fixed. So happy to have found this company so many years ago! Thanks again Mary Ann!

She's too honest, I didn't even get a chance to use her because she told me a few things and I ended up not needing any repairer. But I will sure as heck use her in future!

Having received a positive recommendation from a past customer, i called Mary Ann last week advising her that my Hisense fridge (approx 7 yrs old) had been making an unusual sound the past few days with the freezer having now defrosted and the fridge section also being affected. Rather than making a time to come over she walked me thru the process (over the phone) of checking out a few things with the motor etc but in the end, it became apparent that it wasn't deemed repairable. The way in which she handles these matters is different that's for sure, but it's far better than waiting all day for a technician to turn up and then only to be told the same thing. Love the way she goes about her business and therefore would have no hesitation in passing her details on to other potential customers.

Have dealt with a fair few trades in the past however this wasn't the best service at all. Next to no communication, had called for rough idea on part costs and rates to compare, was told I'd get a call back with the information however no response until I again contacted to find out the part had already been ordered. Further lacking communication followed by a quick visit where the part wasn't used. Essentially paid an invoice for something that wasn't needed

First time users and we could not have been treated better. Superb, prompt service, competent and knowledgeable. And the service did not end as they walked out of the door, there was a follow up call to ensure that the fridge was working properly. Absolutely 1st class.

Had a problem with my Fridge. As per the FB request I gave a bunch of details, and they came back with a bunch of things to try before bunging the fridge in the Falcon and bringing it up. Lot's of detail and I got to diagnose it myself (sort of). That's what is good about the hills. Good people. These are good people.

Will NOT recommend this business to anyone who needs an appliance repaired. Not even 1 star.

Firstly she "forgot" to pick up the washing machine on Tuesday after we agreed to have it collected on Tuesday. After a quick phone call it was agreed to pick up on Wednesday and drop off a loan machine so we could do some washing.

Get home Wednesday and have a quick look at the 'loan' machine and there is mouse poo and a putrid stench in the bowl, a quick look in the bowl and there is a mouse looking at me. A quick text message to let them know and het the reply that another will be brought out on Thursday. Friday evening comes and still no loan machine. Saturday morning comes and another machine turns up and is installed by them ready to use.

Have a look inside this machine and there is mould in the door. Disgusting. So another phone call to tell her my dismay and how dissappointed I am in the service and after a few foul words then hangs up on me. I tell them to come and pick up their second loan machine as I dont want mould anywhere near my house. Obviously she is unaware how dangerous mould is to child health and expected me to do some washing in. Yeah right.

So if you are planning on using her I would think again. After 40 years of apparent business you would think they would learn a thing or 2 about customer service in providing hygienically clean replacement appliances. I was told that every house in the world has mice in them apparently according to her.

There are many other reputable companies around who offer great service who I would use. Would not recommend Mary Ann appliance repairs to anyone.

Worst appliance repair company. Had my fridge for 4 months and still couldn't fix it.check out their Facebook page trying to bully 80 year old until their sin stepped in. Should be called Refrigeration Robbers. Keep clear from them they will get and take your fridge away and charge you more than the fridge is worth and then threaten you.
