Poor customer service.
Only available weekends, 2 Saturdays wasted, dishwasher still not fixed, 3 rd visit told that they would come on Australia Day morning @ 9am, saying its a quick fix then don't turn up. Messaged them they say sorry we have you booked for Saturday, there must be a mix up? No mix up on my behalf they pushed Friday morning 9am.
No regard for the customer.

Don't use is my advise.

Great advice, over the phone and some pics and she gave me an assesment {fridge was not worth fixing}. Number saved for next time if needed

Went above and beyond for me. Honestly fantastic. Still waiting for the email so I can lodge my claim with insurance. But she has a lot on her plate so I'm not going to hound her.

Terrible communication and poor service. Dropped off my dishwasher 5 months ago, waited 2 months for it to be repaired. Got quoted $100, they then told me it was $480, so I said don't worry about it and I will collect my dishwasher. 3 months later not able to get into contact and they have kept my dishwasher. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Edit* funny not of the below was ever communicated until now. I have not received any invoice or anything for any such work and now you have essentially stolen my dishwasher. Fixed, or broken.

Mary Ann has saved me on a number of occassions, trouble shooting my washing machine over the phone and saving me from replacing my fridge.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Mary Ann.
I called the LG call centre as my freezer had lost temperature and was only operating at about fridge temperature. After about 40 minutes on the phone and a lot of repeating myself to some muppet on the line who didn’t have much of an idea at all, I finally got the number for their agent Mary Ann.
After a phone call to her and the removal of a stack of dust from the back vent, problem solved!
She is a really knowledgeable and honest lady and I really appreciate her taking the time to help me out and save me money.

Mary Ann was very condescending and rude on the phone. I asked about the cost of replacing a part of my washing machine and she very sharply replied ‘I don’t know every cost of every part’. Usually a ball park figure or call-out fee would be discussed. I believe it was a fair question when enquiring about a job.

I felt like I was being told off for calling and the fact that she was ‘behind a fridge with a dripping tap! ’. She then hung up when I asked why she was being rude to me. Perhaps if Mary Ann was too busy to speak to a customer she shouldn’t have answered the phone. I live locally and wanted to use a local business but have been so disappointed with her manner on the phone.

I did hear Mary Ann offering a loan washer, I was grateful for the offer during our conversation but that doesn’t detract from the fact she was very rude to me for no reason at all. Enquiring about cost is a completely normal part of a conversation with a potential tradesperson. There was absolutely no reason for Mary Ann to speak to me the way she did, I was nothing but polite. I hope Mary Ann can reflect on her attitude, and realise that a little bit of kindness really goes a long way.

Called today after water leaking into our brand new machine. Got the best understanding and genuine help. We're blown away. Will be back anytime we need any appliance help! Highly recommend. Thank you.

I called and messaged Mary Ann to inquire about our fridge repair and she responded a few hours later as she was busy - by this time we already had someone look at our fridge as we needed someone urgently, who charged us a lot of $$ being a weekend. When she responded and I told her the issue, and the fact that the previous fridge tech wasn’t able to fix it, she took time out of her day to call us and ask us what type of fridge we had. Turns out Hisense fridges have common issues that she is aware of and she spoke to my partner, provided him with info on how to fix it, and he was able to fix up some of the wiring - our fridge is working again! She called us to follow up, all free of charge. She is amazing, it is rare in this day and age that someone would go out of their way to do that. Thank you again Mary Ann!

Marry Ann was so sincere and honest! I called her to order a seal/gauge for my fridge as the door kept opening when you closed it. She walked me through few things I needed to do first and her advice was so genuine! Usually any business would never give free advice but not for Marry Ann! She was different and she guided me till we figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue.

What an amazing service. Mary Ann called me at least four times to help me problem solve my oven problem and then because she solved the problem over the phone, she wouldn’t charge me for the service. Incredible! Made my day!

I cannot praise Mary-Ann and her husband enough. The assistance and support she has given us on multiple occasions have saved us time and a lot of money. So helpful and willing to give advice so you can save money on call outs and repair bills. They have saved us from having to replace our dishwasher and now our fridge. I keep their number in my phone book as they haven't steered me wrong.

You know how difficult it is to get repairs done to your whitegoods. They take forever to come and charge the earth. Mary Ann was a wonderful change. She went to so much trouble to help me take photos of the hinges of our fridge (the door wouldn't close properly). If it had been unrepairable she would have told me so I didn't waste money on a callout.

Fortunately she said she could repair it and came the same day fixed the problem caused by 15 years of use.

Then she checked the filters of the heat exchanger at the back of the fridge (I didn't even know they were there). They were solid with fluff and dust completely blocked. She spent some time cleaning them and blowing sucking out bags of dust and told me I should clean them annually (how come nobody else online or anywhere has told me this before?)

Her charges were very reasonable and it turned out they also do ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, driers. Mary Ann will be my first call next time I have a problem
