The park is beautiful, friendly staff.
The only problem was the ensuite sites The bathrooms are in need of a refurbish, and need a really good clean up.

Is ok but the 9: 30 PM zero noise restriction is rediculas.
The night "watchman" told us our ipad movie was too lowd.
I'm surprised they didn't knock on the tent at 12am complaining about my snoring Lol.another person told me they were not allowed to talk to each other at a normal level after 9: 30 pm one night.

Bricks have subsided at the door.instructions on microwave use would help. The place is basic with minimal comfort. Wouldn't bother recommending it.

Every thing you need. Close to the town centre. Great staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The beds are very comfortable.

My Parter and I stayed here for two nights in a camp-site.    We came down for the Cape to Cape MTB race long weekend. We arrive around 6pm on a Friday and to our shock when we unrolled our swag it was damp from our last trip. Mould had gotten into all our bedding and it was ruined. With every shop shut we were looking at a cold night ahead.   At Reception I was greeted by a lovely lady who turned out to be the Assistant Manager named Steph.   Steph was a life saver, (relationship saver:) by offering us new bedding to use for the two nights. She even helped me put the Doona cover on.   We can't thank her enough.
Margaret River Tourist Park is located walking distance to town and is surrounded by beautiful little morning walks.   Great spot.

Don't bother. We were originally given 2 small sites in the mud with no other campers around us to be seen. Requested to move and was allowed. The kicker was our campsite was situated downhill from a drain that half the water from the caravan park flowed into. The drain didn't work and all the water flooded our campsite. The facilities are dated which we don't mind but the floor is that wet and slippery you have to be super careful. There not the cleanest either. The last straw was the washing machine. The load finished and I had to hand ring out the water from half my clothes and when I informed the office lady she said she didn't know what she could do about it but apologised. I said I didn't mind having to ring them out but was not happy I would have to spend $10 to dry them. Again apologised but no offer of compensation. I was asked on departure how my stay was so again I expressed my disappointment about having to spend $10 to dry my clothes after their washing machine failed and was told sorry to hear that. Find another park to stay at people!

This was a nice park. The sites are spacious and clean, the amenities and camp kitchen were spotless and the office was run by friendly and courteous staff.

Booked a one bedroom cottage and the inside was very nice and clean. Linen and pillows provided were super comfy and the couch seemed brand new too.
It was a cheap and nice accomodation down in Margaret River and I would book here again!

We have been caravaning for 7 weeks now and this was the dearest park we have stayed in. The office staff were friendly and helpful.
We were placed in a tight spot, and there were a lot of other more suitable sites available.
The FOB (amenities remote door locker) failed but when reported was reset, another vanner pointed me in direction of another block. FOB worked here.
A lot of caravan imitation grass was in bad condition, a lot of tap washers needed replacing, s trap in some basins were partially blocked, washers and dryers need some attention.
However, close to town and we used as a base to tour around.
Winter would be a good time to do some preventative maintenance.

Park is in a good location, although staying in a cabin I would have thought the price would reflect the service. 4 people paid for 6 night stay and we received one (1) roll of toilet paper, and were told we would get one on request! We didn't get shampoo and wash for all of us just two, the bathroom had no bin or toilet cleaner. You get one (1) garbage bag, yes one for a self contained cottage for a week? If you want another you have to pay.
The kitchen utensils, tongs fell apart, the BBQ ran out of fuel half way through cooking dinner!
For the price we paid we could have got a hotel with two serviced rooms. It's a shame I expected a few std items included for $1100

Beware, this park is used as a camp for workers therefore be prepared to query where in the park you are staying. We were stuck in an area where a truck would start and warm up for 15min every morning, our camp kitchen was blocked from public access and workers were shuttled in and out at 6am. Very badly managed as there were sites available on the other side of the park.

The staff are friendly and quite professional really however as they’ve leased some of the park out to workers giving them exclusive rights of some of the common areas with indoor games etc…. Which was disappointing as it was constantly raining and it would have been nice to use these otherwise unused facilities.

Stayed in one of the villas which were clean and tidy. Villas were equipped with the bare basics and are quite spacious

Had THE WORST neighbours, ruined what could have been a lovely stay. The walls are paper thin, and if you can, try to avoid being given a cottage near the entrance as the gate wakes you up during the night.

Good park, facilities were clean and in good condition. Pool was popular with kids, jumping pillow and playground. Good size sites

Great facilities and staff were amazing but the triplex which we're staying in was pretty average. Smelt like old smoke, beds are as hard as anything and the water from the tap is yuck. We ended up buying bottled water to be able to have coffee in the mornings. We noticed that there was a note on the fridge that stated we are expected to do the dishes and take away any rubbish in the bins or otherwise we have to pay a cleaning fee which is a bit ridiculous seeing as it's quite expensive to stay here as it is.
Close to town which is great, staff were helpful and cheery.

Nice park, it does seem like the tourist park does cater heavily for backpackers (at least while we were there). We found the bathrooms were cleaned daily, although other tourists left the bathrooms in quite a foul state - this obviously is no fault to the caravan park. Park Lights are turned off around 8.00pm which we believed was too early.
The laundry was locked at 9.00pm and you could not access until the following day, which was quite frustrating when travelling with a young family and needing to do laundry of a night.

Just spent Easter here, on an ensuite powered site, we were at the back of the park and it was lovely! If you have children there is plenty to keep them occupied, we dont have children and where we were in the park was great as we were far enough away from the play area to be bothered by kids having fun! Very very busy when we arrived, staff were veey good and dealt with it as quickly as they could
My only concern was on the second nite i noticed a smell in the ensuite, which i think was the shower curtain, I think they need updating. Other than that we had a great stay!
