Margaret River Hideaway & Farmstay

Fantastic farm stay! The location is perfect, and the friendly atmosphere made our experience delightful. Dani organized everything smoothly before our arrival, and the highlight for our kids was the amazing animal feeding experience!

Not cheap, but worth the stay. They have animal feeding every alternate day, check with them before booking.
Kids definitely enjoy feeding the farm animals. For adults, it's really a Hideaway place from work to enjoy peaceful holiday surrounded by nature.

A great experience. Well appointed accommodation with all the comforts. Thoughtful with wood provided, some initial breakfast supplies and feeding the farm animals activities.

A great place to stay with the family. Kids loved the cabin, surrounds and animals. A very kid friendly place. The only negative about our stay was the beds. We found them to be very uncomfortable. Kim was fantastic during the animal feeding, she is amazing with the children. A very accommodating host, lovely and friendly.

My little one (1.5 yo) loves it! And so do i! Felt very welcomed by the staff and management, the place is really well maintained and clean, filled with all the tools you need to be a chef. Location wise, it’s less than 10min drive to the town with Coles and Woolie, and many other restaurants. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again!

We planned a 2 night getaway for my 40th birthday.our only mistake was not booking longer! We have 2 kids (4yrs/2yrs) & we all loved every minute of our stay. The manager, Kim, went above & beyond & the kids LOVED her. The cabins are the cleanest I've stayed in (we're well traveled) & have EVERYTHING you need. We're already planning our next visit.for longer next time!
Room was lovely & clean. Perfect for a family. Location was stellar! Close enough to Marg's to do a coffee run, but far enough out to be secluded & peaceful. You really don't have to leave at all if you're so inclined. Fantastic on all accounts.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at their 3 Bedroom Cottage booked via Airbnb, but highly recommend booking direct via their website. Adults and even teenagers absolutely loved the free farm feeding of the animals in the morning and super thankful for having such a great area for our two dogs to run around and enjoy their own holiday as well. Location was perfect and less than 10 minutes away from the closest brewery and not too far from the Margaret River town. Will definitely be back again:)

It 's out 4th time at MRH and it keeps on getting better, perfect for families, cottages are well suited for self catering and very clean, Kim the manager is wonderful with the kids and very welcoming, we will come back:)

My family stayed here for 5 nights recently, we absolutely loved it. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the property itself is beautiful with the serenity of the trees all around and the animals have free range of the place. The kids loved the animal feeding sessions and playing on the plentiful play equipment provided. The staff were very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we enjoyed our holiday, for example, one night the power went out (due to a western power fault) and the manager called us (as we were out for dinner) to advise about the blackout and how to access the property through the electric gate etc, later that night they came around the cottages and provided torches and lanterns to everybody. Also, they managed to organise a generator to be delivered by 5am the next morning so power could be restored asap whilst western power fixed the fault. It was very much appreciated by all of the guests as the fault took 2 days to be fixed in the end. We will definitely be back!

It was a fantastic stay for the kids. It has playgrounds and animals to keep the kids entertained. Firepit to do your marshmallows at night under the stars.

Manager-Kim is very friendly and helpful who made our stay much more joyful.

The cottage is well furnished with plenty of fire woods to burn.

Such an amazing stay for us and the kids. Well-equipped and very clean cottages, playgrounds all around the property, fireplace in the cottage and a communal fire pit outside. Manager Kim was full of warmth and hospitality in hosting us during the animal feeding sessions, during our chats with her and in engaging our kids. She went out of her way to take our kids on a buggy ride on our last day. Will definitely recommend this place.

I love the place! It is spendid and amazing, with the rooms also nicely packed.

The only issue is with the location, very far away from City, which means a long travel everywhere we go

Lovey place to stay, perfect for families. Cottages are a great size and are equipped with a high chair and plastic cup and plates for kids.

The best farmstay. People couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Comfortable clean cabins with all you need. Animals are entertainment plus.

Our family had the most amazing time. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and Kim, our host, was warm and welcoming. Can't wait to come back again.

Absolutely adorable place! Was such a delight to be greeted by all the farm animals freely roaming around the property upon arrival.

Kim is a pleasure to deal with and was so welcoming and it was so nice to be able to participate in the animal feeding’s they do there.
Our Chalet was so cosy and private and the perfect place to wind down after exploring all that Margaret river has to offer.

My partner and I are animal lovers so this is the perfect place for “animal lovers” couples getaway or for a family with children as the animals are so friendly and make the stay there truly unique.
We also love that it is dog friendly so we were able to bring our dogs with us so no doubt Margaret River Hideaway will be our new regular getaway.

Such a great holiday experiences with our family and friends! Nice and clean cottage with air condition, cooking utensils, high chair and children dishes! Kim the manager is super nice, our children love her and all her animals, definitely will come back!

Margaret River Hideaway and Farmstay is such an amazing place to stay. We've stayed twice already and will definitely be going back! The cottages are very clean and being surrounded by beautiful trees and animals makes you feel like you're far away from city life only to be able to drive 10 minutes and be on the beach!
