We were wanting to buy a new mattress for our caravan. From the moment of entering the door of Makin Matresses in Perth we knew we were in the right place. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions to ensure a comfortable nights sleep at a great price. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Friendly and informative staff. No pushy salesperson and no pressure to buy anything. It was a real pleasant experience.

I find those adds are very unprofessional, hearing that Asian girl put down mr Harvey, this is Australia your in our country, it’s ok to bring your product here, maybe say something about Bali or Bangkok similarlity! Also the new sweetish girl in advert even looks more pathetic, show your mattress, have your staff maybe on the floor introducing themselves and stating 1 or 2 things about the product in different areas of the store,

Awaiting delivery of my purchased: King Single Bed and Bed Frame with 2 Drawers on 09/07. I would like to leave comment in their customer service, especially for the store team in Albany Hwy, Victoria Park. Their communication had been excellent, clear and concise update always provided, especially dealing with the delivery of my purchase during COVID-19. If you are, on top of looking to buy australian-made mattress and bed frame, after an excellent customer service, i would suggest you to go visit the store in Victoria Park.

Salesperson explained everything and answered all our questions professionally.
Timeline from order to delivery was spot on. Delivery was carried out with precision and by well mannered young men.

Had a misunderstanding with regards to the choice of mattress, the team have been very accommodating in allowing us to get the right firmness.

Waited until we had the Bellisimo 12 mnths in case any changes over time. No change, best mattrass and bed we've ever had. We have religiously followed the change, flip, over with both topper and mattrass every 4 weeks, so worth it. Who cares if their ads put down HN, they happen to be true?

Great service and a pleasant all round experience time, out of stock for the mattress we wanted so will have to review that later on.

Annoying TV ad - turns me off! Nobody makes a better mattress? Where is the proof of this claim? Sounds like BS to me!

Brought a firm king size mattress and love it. Made in Australia, no pressure to buy. Excellent service, explanations of how it differs from other mattresses. Good instructions on looking after mattress. Highly recommend.
