Had a wonderful experience buying a mattress at the Vic Park showroom, never once felt pressured or led, given ample time to make decisions on my own. Couldn't be happier

Dan was super helpful in choosing and allowing us to custom size our mattress for our Motorhome. Highly recommend the Bellissimo - it is pure heaven!

Front desk guy kicked us out becaus we weren't gonna buy anything we were just looking. And he said get out because where teens.

Not happy with my mattress purchase. Its sag in few months. So now I have to spend money again to buy new one (of course in different store)

So very easy to deal with and great service. 2nd time customer because the 1st mattress was perfect for the caravan and now wanted one for home.

Paul, in the Perth store, was the ultimate professional to deal with. The process of selecting, purchasing and delivering was so smooth and completed in less than 5 days. The beds were set up on delivery and my parents have had excellent sleep on their new products.

Service was brilliant. The knowledgeable assistant gave us the information we needed and left us to try the mattresses at our leisure, no pressure and not rushed to purchase.

The sales guy was awesome. He met us to explain the features of the beds and what each bed had compared to another. Then.he just let us be. Left us to try beds out and have a look around before coming back after about 15 minutes to see if we had any questions.

Then.when we wanted to talk it over, he left us to talk it over - no pressure at all!

Hopefully the bed is as comfortable as the sales guy made us feel.

The service was 1st class and the representatives at the store where very helpful in helping us decide what mattress was best for our requirements.

Can't give a 5 until the mattress is worn in. Service was excellent, price talked about and nice options sorted. Felt better than a normal mattress shop. Would go back again. Aussie made and owned, don't think I could go wrong.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The website provided all the information I needed to narrow down my choices. Then when I went in store, the service from Julie was fantastic- so friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered Saturday and my mattress was delivered on Monday morning, I can’t believe how quickly it’s here! The delivery guys were also very friendly and helpful.
So glad I chose to support this local business, and I can’t wait to sleep on my new mattress!

Friendly service in store but terrible product. Spent $$$$ on a shonky mattress that is sagging/sunken/hollowed and the mattress topper slips all over the bed.
Hate it, I wouldn’t even give it away or use it in the spare room.
I’m sure that many these positive reviews are from people who haven’t had the displeasure of actually sleeping on a Makin Mattresses product for any length of time.
