Magistrates Court of Western Australia reviews
46Australia- The Granny country,$400 dollars fine for just holding a handheld mobile phone who stop in front of a red traffic light with 3-4 demerit points, either Australians had a serious financial issues or are in-need of Cash&Money in the police department/or Government! No wander the Aussies nowadays are just getting Poor and Lazy!
This place is the worst run court house ever imaginable.
Registrars that are completely one sided, they have no idea the losses they impose on owners when they side with tenants. Completely lack luster service with no regard for the bigger picture.
Honestly, avoid this as place as much as you can unless you want to be dealt unfairly.
Sexist towards males even if the males are the victims, and calling them is useless as you are on hold for over 30 mins for a 15 second chat on the phone.
Functional and the ticketing system works. Fines Enforcement, court applications and birth certificates available
Kind caring workers some rude workers but as can be expected from a stressful place like this toilets a little messy, the lifts are a bit dawnting, wish there was an option of stairs easily found at entrance or signs showing where you can go to go up and down the stairs
The staff gave friendly service. Waiting times were minimal. Security did their job. No complaints.
Government agency.
Security rude and dismissive. I get you deal with all sorts of people but don’t judge everyone coming through as being a criminal. A visit to support a friend who was assaulted and treated as though we were the criminals.
Interesting place, bit daunting to a newbie like me, eye opener as far as the 'experienced offenders'were concerned (altho we were merely witnesses in a housing assault case.)
Staff are friendly, but seats are really uncomfortable so bring a pillow and a book cause wait times can be hella long
Justice system is a joke. In our case the judge over-rode the law (or she had no idea what the law says) to rule in favor of the other party when the rental agreement is clear. The other party had no right to let new tenants move in without written consent from us. The tenant said we gave them verbal agreement and the judge upheld that. We are left to pick up the pieces and a financial loss in the thousands. If you are a hard working citizen you are more likely to loose.
Best Day out for a random dud,
Top Shelf Judge / Awsome, unexpected, turn of events, (Karma with the Balance of Law, Beautifully executed in my Favour)
" Love Life "
(THE TIDES HAVE TURNED)
HAPPY DAYS
Make sure you clear your schedule. You could be waiting all day. Clean building, friendly staff
They had no time not even for my very important court case. We all got thrown out including my expensive lawyers. Now I've got no time and they will have to find me time to hear why I won't have time. Very ambitious.
Went for residential tenancy matter. The response we got was basically: "Don't have time for you, not gonna listen to your nonsense, get out of here. " Very disrespectful and unprofessional. You are sitting there getting paid from taxpayers money telling me you don't have time. I wish anywhere you'd go people will just respond to you in the same manner.
This court house actually has a slogan on emails its staff send, “Right people, right skills, right culture” - so whoever you are, and wherever you are from, if your culture differs from that of the staff here, according to these evil corrupt degenerates - their "culture" is right and yours is wrong. Ive been lied to point blank in writing by management staff from here, and when I proved this to them, they couldn't give a stuff. I received a letter of apology from then Premier Colin Barnett, for the disorderly conduct of their records department, and was told "the whole records department is being reviewed, so that the mistakes we made don't happen again" - nonsense, they didn't make mistakes, they are corrupt in their essence. They literally have an evil culture. Too deplorable to be innocently making mistakes. Self conceited fools
Was trying to enquire over a civil case via phone call, but the lady over the phone was constantly cutting me mid-sentence and getting angry at me for
I wasn’t able to finish asking my inquires, but she kept on cutting me off and giving suggestions that weren’t answering my question. And I tried to tell her to wait and listen, but she said that I’m “not being clear”.
Eventually she said that she had no time for me and that there were more calls waiting, and told me to just visit because she can’t help me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Just enquiring and grabbing more information about civil matters over the phone and instead of listening to me the lady over the phone was extremely defensive and told me that they couldn't help my situation as if they were in a rush to hang up on me.
When she finally started listening, she referred me to the magistrates court in Joondalup and gave me their number. The responder in Joondalup was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding and gave me the information I needed. However, the Perth Magistrates Court lady could've easily given me the same information had she just listened as it had nothing to do with where you were living. Kind of relieved now as I can just refer to the Joondalup Courthouse instead of the one in Perth.
Not much sanity in this place. Common sense also in short supply. Time expenditures at an all time high and positive results are like finding a unicorn.
I was obliged to use this court a few years back. The staff on the telephone and in person were very helpful.
Good, modern building. We had a fun time at this place. Did you? Let's turn the industry on its head - it's time for you to do the judging instead. We want to hear your experience - search our name today.
