Court room 41- 13th September 2023,
The judge was Unethical, I got a sped fine - but I had substantial video witness that I am not 100% guilty, there are more contributions.
But judge didn’t even give me chance to present my evidence. If the judge is like that - then I have simply no respect for the justice system. Because I should have got the fair chance.
Court room 41 - dear judge - I will be submitting my video in public forum so public can judge it if I was 100% guilty or city council and police had a big role to play?

I find court system very discriminate against common citizens.
I am an educated person - for a small matter I had to attend court - and I choose to represented myself without using a duty lawyer or wasting tax payers money. So someone else in need more than me can use the duty lawyers.
But that was a mistake -
Because I don’t have a lawyer and representing myself - I fall down on the line. I attended court from 9.55 am and didn’t Clair called for good few hours - “SIMPLY” because I did not have a lawyer, many lawyers simply walks in and get ahead of line.

When I asked the duty officer - the answer was - “lawyers get priority”
That is an utter discrimination against the people goes to court to self represent themselves.

Lawyer times are expensive - a lawyer charges over $300 an hour. But as a common human or citizen of australia - I find it very discriminative - why our times are not important? !
No wonder legal system of australia failing the common citizens.

Had CoVid and was still convicted and had to pay court fines.
Shameful abuse of the supposed justice system, punishing people who are sick.

Despite fifteen or twenty requests for disability support, I have not received any assistance. The staff abuse with a lovely manner and polite voice, reflecting the problem back as my responsibility. I call this smarmy. Challenging them leads to controlling bureaucratic responses and dominating and interrupting conversation. It is clear that I am required to be fawning and accept the consequences even though they are devastating. I just had a phone call during which I said that I wanted her to listen, and the response was to hang up. There is a huge need for training on what abuse actually is.

I'm weighting this positive review in hopes of a lighter sentence, hopefully I can do more reviews soon and not in a yr

We have been to court since 2 years ago to ask someone give us back 11000 dollars as he didn’t do the promised job for us but took the money. We have all evidence, but in the end the magistrate court ask us to pay the other party’s lawyer fee even the case is not end yet and they didn’t check any of our evidence at all. I can’t even think what has happened? The fact is the other party still owe us money! But now we have to pay them more money? I totally don’t get it! What a huge mess for us again after wasting 2 years? Really really think again and again before u go to court, I can only say OMG. Did I just come here to pay the application fee and pay more to the other lawyers cost? I feel I am so stupid that I did this!

Was directed by an independent magistrate to use the registry, in practice the steriod fueled security assulted my friend and failed to report it to the police, Perth Courthouse is infested with treturious c#nts enabled by a severely broken system.

I felt that we unfortunately got a Registrar who was one-sided, with the agent/owner. She completely shuts my husband off. As someone who works in the cleaning industry, he knows how much end of lease cleaning costs. The ones the owner can’t claim, it it not being deducted from the total bond they claim, but instead we were to file a separate case/trial for it and that we would lose. Why is it not being deducted right there? And all the (extremely high) claims they are claiming, they have not been done when the property has been SOLD 3 month ago. When only 6 bulbs were dead, we were charged to change the ENTIRE bulbs in the property for over $100.6 bulbs and labour don’t cost that much.
Wish we got a registrar who uses more sense and not one-sided, who is neutral and look at both parties. As a foreigner, we were very robbed and I hope people who are in our shoes do not just let these agents/owners oppress and rob you and let them get away. Too bad you can’t choose a fair registrar. There was no justice AT ALL.

I went there on March the 10th, 1969, pretty trash assistance and got fined $69 420. Highly unrecommended. Laughable.

All i want to do is confiurm you have received my form saying i wont be attending court.nobody has confirmed they have received that and i had a text.which i cannot reply too.that conforms my courts case on june 11th.thats all.would be nice to talk to a human here.

The website said OPEN TILL 4.30. Got there at 4.03. IT. WAS. CLOSED! SO RODE MY BIKE, ALL THE WAY TO THE CITY. FOR NOTHING! ALL THANKS TO THE INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN ON THIS SITE! THANK YOU FOR WASTING MORE OF THE TIME AND MONEY I DON'T HAVE!

It's court nothing glamorous but I prefer this court then any other but the court rooms are like a maze

Was not bad but sucks when U have to wait for you assurity person to resign other wise great service n staff decent

Its a court house! Which no one enjoys going to! So the review would be a building in the City of Perth.

New rules mean people that wish to enter the building that are there to support a member of their family or such are asked to give a written request to the magistrate that is assigned totheckurt room you wish to attend. You then have to wait in the waiting area for someone to let you know if your letter has been approved or not!
I waited for about 45 minutes but I was allowed to go and support my partner by sitting at the back of the court room. I was the only one there and they brought him up first because I was there!

The road works out there front are incredibly frustrating making catching a wheelchair taxi incredibly difficult.
I pray that for all the expense and length of time taken to creating this disruption, that the final result is something worthwhile and not wasted on this exact location. Does the city's courts really deserve this upgraded attention over soooo many other deserved locations?

The male security guard was so very helpful and definitely made things easy to get what was needed done.

2nd hearing Corp & corrupt Judge. Screamed at son if he did not enter his court under Admiralty law as STRAWMAN he did not exist! He was marked not appeared & fined, escorted fr court by cops physically. We will appeal. Red Constitution will stand as the law in this damn trojan ABN listed overtaken country! Stand up for your rights folks.

Once again this Court proofs that Australia is a banana republic. They make telephone appointments these days and then the Court does not even bother to call or bother to send an email stating that the Court appointment is not happening anymore etc. This country is so embarrassing.

Lots of 'offficialdom' and social distancing on entry. It was completely non existent when I got to the 3rd floor. Laughable.
