Madame Ma's Doggie Daycare & Grooming

My 9 month old schnauzer has made friends at madame Mas already he can’t wait to get through the doors.

Had out very very shaggy and beautiful 6 month old puppy in for his first full groom. Very short overall cut for summer achieved despite how shaggy he was! He is now happy and cooler. Previous first pup clips with other dogs have never been so smooth. Highly recommend.

The staff and services are Madame Ma's are amazing. They have helped our pup overcome his anxieties and his socialisation skills have improved remarkably. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have my dog groomed here and it's always been a good experience. My dog looks lovely and happy when I pick him up. Easy to book with an online booking system.

Our girl Minnie absolutely loved coming in for her first haircut! We were super happy with the result and really appreciated the extra care the staff took while Minnie waited to be picked up.

Thank you Madame Ma’s for making my Frankie’s first time experience a good one, the team were so very understanding of his anxiety issue, and they had showered him with so many fusses -before, during and after his nail clipping. Greatest place to exist. Lovely staff who treat your dog with with the same love as their own babies!

I came across this place a couple of months ago. Since I was in the area I popped in to have a look, to see if this place might be suitable for my small dog. It was not suitable for me and here is why, based on what I saw.

As soon as you walk in there is an incredibly pungent urine smell. I did expect such a smell, just not to that extent (even the material lounge chairs in the entry waiting room area smelt of urine and were a bit wet).
The couple of young staff I spoke to were nice, however I soon found out that there is basically no one on the staff (including the manager) that has any actual dog training, behaviour or other proper dog knowledge.
Simply owning a dog does not count in my books and shouldn't count for anyone.

This was a big red flag, as dogs, like children, have different needs and behaviours; like mine who is small, anxious and requires more calm time.
There is also no outside area or a proper toilet area for the dogs to do their business. I saw dogs just peeing anywhere on the linino floor. I was not going to have my dog lose her toilet training.

They do a amazing hair cut on my little boo boos. He's very happy and chilled when I pick him up. Staff are so friendly and it's all ways clean and so inviting.

Mummy dropped me off for my first visit to Madame Ma’s and I had such a great time. All the other doggies were gentle and fun, and all the hooman carers were so kind and knowledgeable about all things dog. The decor is so relaxing and there are lots of things to do.

Best Doggy Daycare and grooming place in Perth

Found Madame Ma’s after a very average experience at another very popular groomer. The space was like no other groomer.it was like walking into a wonderland for doggies. Archie had a great time and was tuckered out after all the playing when we used their daycare service. Marian and her staff were lovely and helpful. You could see the pride they take in their place and service provided.

Our first dog has been going to Madame Ma’s for a few months now, we decided to also take our second puppy there. Although he wasn’t very sociable or friendly at the beginning, the staff at Madame Ma’s have been taking extremely good care of him that he now loves going there with his brother twice a week.
In addition to above, Madame Ma’s is a very clean doggie daycare with friendly staff. We just love taking both Miki and Icy there! Thank you
