LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics

Very busy but staff very helpful and pleasant as always in a Lush. Getting a little expensive now.

Lush make some wonderful if a bit exorbitantly priced cosmetics. This store didn't get 5 stars cause there are way too many staff members. Hassling to upsell and buy things constantly.

Bit pricey but the sales assistant was very helpful as I struggled to find scents that my cousin would like (gift shopping).

Lovely polite staff, shop was well laid out. Never bought anything from lush before but would buy from Lush from now on.

Went there during the day today to check out the new Easter collection.and was completely ignored by the staff the store had nobody in here and I have to say being a former employee of this brand I am very disappointed on their level of service: (not once was looked at or approached

Walking into lush is like a candy store for the senses. The girls are extremely helpful and offered meaningful insights into the different uses of many products. My regular favourites were in my basket first and they were soon joined by 3 more (new products that I've not used before) Always a treat to go to lush for some supplies.

Visited this lush store last Sunday the 19th August. I could not be happier with the young man who served me, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I hope to catch his name next time.

Excellent reputation for quirky cosmetics and bath bombs. Staff are fantastic and i love the smell of this store! Prices are reasonable and they have a massive range of products.

I like the look and smell, but not a fan of the artificial colours used Staff are attentive but I feel more training is needed.

The Best Smelling Shop in Joondalup Mall and with the most professional and friendliest staff. Worth every minute invested in your visit.
