Jess the manger was wonderful and so helpful she really made my lush experience amazing I also didn’t intend to spend any money but walked out spending 100+

I went to exchange one body Spray and I was amazed by the service I received. I should have asked the lady name but she was above and beyond to take a time and help me with body spray including hair products. All the staff were very generous. I advise everyone to try their products specially their body spray and perfume than paying hefty price at other stores. I wish all the other stores have same gestures like lush has, I love you lush

I went in today to purchase a gift for a friend and the lovely lady who served me was so friendly and helpful and took the time to help me get the right products.
The little surprise at the end of my purchase really made my day. One of the nicest gestures that I have ever encountered.

My daughter had her 13th birthday party at the store on a Friday late afternoon, which was the perfect time, as the shop was quiet. The staff were terrific with the girls, who had a great time with games and skin care sessions. They were given a generous party bag with some of the Lush products and a bath bomb they made themselves. There was even a special party bag with some beautiful Lush samples for me).
I had walked in a few times before to enquire and book the party, and every single staff member I have dealt with in this store has been wonderful.

I wandered in after my shift for a little pick me up and Cam was so friendly and so helpful. Will definitely be coming back. The store was so well stocked and beautifully maintained.

Friendly staff who really know their stuff, welcoming atmosphere and a great place for gifts. Jess has helped me out time and time again with the perfect present.

Beautiful store with lovely staff. The young lady Amber was so helpful and knew all about the lotions and soaps. She told me some stories about how lush started which I didn’t know. Will be returning to get some of the little bees.

Walked in today looking for a gift for someone’s birthday. Fortunately for me, I had a lovely lady from carousel show me some of the gift boxes so I had a little bit of an idea what I might get. My partner and I walk in and the lady nearest to the front makes eye contact with us and then proceeds to walk in the opposite direction to us. I didn’t mind, I just assumed she may be having a bad day or maybe something was on her mind. So I kept browsing and we picked a box and almost decided on it. A few minutes later another couple walks in and the same lady walks to them and says hello and welcomes them and offers her assistance. I put the box back and we walked right out

Being Christmas time my partner knows how much I love LUSH, he wanted to get me something from a store I love. He walked in and was asked if he needed any help, he requested a bit of help as he wanted to surprise me and get me something different to what I usually get. The lady who offered help asked him who he was shopping for, My partner told her who he was shopping for and told her he was happy to go with what ever she recommended as long as it did not contain lavender as I am severely allergic to lavender. I open my one of my gifts from him today being a Christmas candy box and pull out the little card thing that tells you what’s in the box and have a read, to my surprise I read that the snow man bath bomb contains lavender oil and that resulted in me having an allergic reaction upon opening the box, I understand that mistakes happen and sometimes it’s hard to know what’s in every product and every gift box, but I feel like there is a lack of care or maybe a little bit more training was needed. I love LUSH but it caused me to spend Christmas Day recovering from an allergic reaction rather than spending it with my family and friends.

*Hope no one experiences what I felt about here * I normally buy lush products online. I've been using lush products for years, their body care products are amazing. I happened to be nearby so I visited to restock some of products I use often. It was a mistake. There was an old lady who I would describe rude, unhelpful and lack of service experience. She wouldn't greet or help anyone but just stand and looked like monitoring every single person in the store including staff which made me very uncomfotable to browse products. The other staff was really kind, friendly and trying to explain what products are good for my skin. Then this old lady meddles the conversation in the distance. I visited stores in Europe and Asia. This was the worst one. She really needs to learn how to interact with customers. Learn from other staff please. By her poor choice of words and attitude plus lack of experience I found the whole shopping experience unpleasant. I will never visit this store again.

The staff at lush are always so helpful and kind. I've never received better customer service in my life and the staff are genuinely interested and willing to help. By far one of the best stores in the Perth region.

Really good products but sometimes the customer service isn't great.it does depend but i was basically asked to leave by one of the staff because i didn't look like i was purchasing anything after only being in the store for a couple of minutes.i understand the stores capacity limit must've been stressful but i felt quite embarrassed and wanted to cry.

I went to the Joondalup store today and was served by Melissa who did not so much as acknowledge me whilst serving me.
Extremely rude service, will not bother going back.

My partner and I came in to do our Christmas shopping today, although upon entry there was an older lady at the counter who very abruptly pointed at the sanitiser before I entered and rolled her eyes. We carry our own hand sanitiser due to my skin condition and had already used prior to entering.

Of course I understand the need for sanitiser due to the current situation although found that her rude attitude, was rather ironic considering they sell products designed for people with skin conditions. The experience turned me off and I refused to purchase anything from their store.

Still love Lush products although I will be doing our shopping at another store.

I payed a visit to the two lovely girls (Deb and Aysia) at Lush in Joondalup today, as soon as I walked into the store I was immediately greeted which made my visit super comfortable and enjoyable knowing that the girls were so lovely and that I could ask them any questions I had.
I was looking for something that may help brighten my spirits as I had been feeling a bit low.
Aysia ran me through all of these difference scents and assisted until I found one I liked, she was absolutely awesome! Deb also assisted and recommended a few products too.
I will be returning soon without a doubt!
I would like to have Both of these lovely ladies rewarded for such great service, knowledge of their product and kindness they showed me today.

Worst shopping experience ever. Can’t walk around the shop without being yelled at across the room by the blonde staff for touching the wrong product that wasn’t the tester. Don’t bother going in

Great little store. Most staff are incredibly friendly. There is SO MUCH here. I try not to look at everything for fear of buying it all.
