Problem with Loans unlimited is that they lied to me -
LIE- I was told that within 2 weeks of the loan being set up someone from Latitude would contact me with login details for the website & I would have access to the site/app to see the loan payments / statements in real time.
After 3 weeks without contact I called Latitude, they told me this was for personal loans / credit card customers only, not car loan customers, I could not get any access to their customer website.
LIE - I was told I could make over payments whenever I want for the duration of the loan, to pay it down early, when this was put to the Latitude employee they stated, No, over payments weren't really a a thing on this type of loan - they don't know why the broker would tell me this.
LIE - I was told that there were no penalties / charges for over payments / early repayment of the loan - again Latitude shot this done showing me that there are in fact charges for early payment of the load, to the tune of $750.
ALL the information I was told appears to be for a PERSONAL loan, not a CAR loan - was this lack of knowledge or was i misinformed on purpose to push the loan? I will never know, either way terrible service.
