I have been dealing with Eva through out the purchasing and financial process of buying a car which i have always wanted. During this process I found Eva very professional and well mannered. My experience with Anna from Loans Unlimited was excellent. She was prompt and worked hard to get my loan through asap. Her constant communication kept me up to date with how it was all progressing. Overall I'm very happy with the service.

Realising I have 2 Google accounts I left the original review under the wrong account, however the service was so good they deserve two 5 reviews.

Again Dave Walker was responsible for the best finance experience I've ever received and when I lived in the UK I owned a business which had a few vans and cars, I wish I'd of known of them then they would have secured all my vehicle finance.

If I could give 10 stars I would.

Dave Walker was an absolute ambassador for the business if he is not involved with training members of staff then he should be. I say that not having any experience with other members of staff, and I've seen plenty of named good reviews so I can only image that the culture is string in the business.

The whole experience was easy and supportive. Dave went all the way with making sure that I understood all the aspects fully.

Being a new resident to Australia from the UK the whole concept was a bit daunting.

He took the time to message me out of hours to double check things so we could collect the car by the weekend, he didn't know how important that was to us.

I'd definitely recommend them and specifically Dave Walker.

The whole process was simple and very user friendly. Having worked in customer service my whole life I was very impressed with Ebony - she called when she said she would, emailed when she said she would and was extremely helpful. I was under the pump time wise and in a week where there was a public holiday she went the extra mile to ensure everything was settled in a timely fashion. In this day and age when customer service seems to be sadly lacking Ebony scores a 10/10.
