Little Way

I’m writing this review as I sit on the patio. I’ve devoured the chicken salad with the Blueberry Dreamer. My husband also devoured the Keylime French Toast (perfectly sweet and not too heavy with a touch of whipped meringue), he washed his down with a Banana Mango Smoothie, “Just like a dreamsicle! ” Ahh, I’m refreshed, inspired and ready to take on the rest of the day. As you can tell I LOVE this place! Amazing food and drinks, fantastic vibe.

Chips were tasty, probably the only good thing about the chicken sandwich, as I only seemed to get half of it? Which for $25 doesn’t seem right.

A nice cafe with a good breakfast menu, we had the the Little Way B. E. S. T, really liked the Bacon Slad, the pancakes and Spiced Shakshouka w Baked Eggs were good. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly services.

Have been here many times for dinner (not since before Covid) and always loved it, so I was very excited to be brought here for breakfast this morning for an early Mother’s Day celebration. Sadly it did not live up to our expectations this time. The food was below average. I had buttermilk pancakes which were heavy, flat and crusty on the outside, not light and fluffy as I would expect. My family had variations on the traditional big breakfast and were all somewhat disappointed with their meals. Finally my husband ordered a second coffee which never arrived.
We mentioned all this on leaving and they were kind enough to knock a little off the bill, but of course we would have much preferred a lovely breakfast! It’s a pity, because it really is a lovely setting out in their courtyard.

The courtyard is gorgeous, perfect for a function / bday. Bar is very small so make the drinks come a bit late, tasting plate contain 2 units of each appetiser so it’s not suit 2 pp.pasta with Italian sausage is a bit spice for those who doesn’t like chilli

We held a 21st birthday dinner in the back herb garden area. This area is very private and is a lovely spacious courtyard. The Party was a sit down 3 course dinner for 25 guests. It was an incredible evening and we could not fault the staff, service, food, or drinks. From start to finish their customer service was exemplary. They let us decorate the area in the morning and then help us set up the area and tables an hour before hand. They printed all the menus for us and organised gold tokens for cocktails. Nothing was too much trouble and it made the evening a huge success. They also did not rush us out of the venue at the end of the evening and let us have a magician perform. I can highly recommend Little Way for your next event

Best pork belly I have eaten. Recipes are high above average. Food is just splendid! We keep coming back for more. Although it was lunch time, the staff was willing to do extra mile to serve big portion of pork belly that is usually served only during dinner time. Thank you.

Had a very disappointing experience for my sister's graduation dinner. The starters took 45mins to arrive. Ordered dessert, after 30mins the waitress told us one of the desserts couldn't be made. Waited another 15mins for the other dessert and only when we asked when it would arrive that they told us there was a problem in the kitchen and may not be able to make the dessert. Just be honest to your customers and say to expect a wait, thats all that we ask for. You should know what you can and can't make, I can't understand why you wouldn't know this. Otherwise the food was good apart from the extremely fatty lamb cutlets with 3 meagre sprouts of asparagus on the side. Staff were extremely sweet, I understand it's not their fault.

So fab! Really lovely outdoor seating, brilliant food and the drinks menu is extensive and lovely cocktails. Kirsten our server was so nice and attentive, she was fab! Highly recommend, excellent service and such a nice place. Well worth a visit:)

Decent portion sizes. The $10 daily cocktail (changes each day of the week) is a cool deal! Buttermilk Chicken burger was great.

My darling and I visited 'Little Way' on Broadway for a late lunch this afternoon. Our Grilled chicken and salad health bowl was sensational! Lovely service, great food and a good vibe. A firm favourite for Summer.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Melbourne Cup event. The management and staff went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect afternoon. Bubbles were flowing, the courtyard was gorgeous and the food was divine. Couldn't have had a more perfect day. Sincere thanks.is it too early to book the same table for next year ;)

Delicious food, great service, yummy cocktails and nice venue! Organised a large group for Sunday lunch and Corey and Adrian were very accommodating to my requests, clearly listed the details and requirements for the booking and ensured we were well looked after. $39pp meal package for the function was great value.

Great spot for coffee during the week. Super busy on weekends with functions and large groups, can wait a long time during weekends.

I had my baby shower at this place with the high tea and drinks package for 2 hours. It took about 30 minutes in to be offered a drink. Then it took a VERY long time for the drinks to be delivered to our table. Especially alcoholic ones. We had a few non drinkers but by the time we had to pay, everyone was given incorrect information for their drink choices. Staff told us juices and soda waters were included with the teas and coffees drinks option. They were wrong. People had to pay an extra $20 for one soda water or one juice that they had. Absolutely rediculous. We were never told that if you have guests that don't turn up for the high tea we would still have to pay for them. No communication about this when booking whatsoever AND until we said something they were going to also charge us for the drinks for people who weren't even there! So much miscommunication and tardiness on bringing drinks over when paying for packages. Would not recommend.

I recently had my Bridal Shower here and I had lots of feedback from all those who attended about how great the food, service and atmosphere was! I myself, was really impressed by the hospitality shown, and how efficient the food came out. The food was delicious and plenty for the set menu price we paid. Thank you for making my experience and everyone who attended my bridal shower so lovely in every way.

Went for take away coffee, 20 minute wait, which no one warned about, to receive coffee that was burnt and undrinkable. Been there several times in the past couple of month as it’s my closest cafe and it’s always the same. Disappointing because it used to be good

Highly recommend this hidden treasure for your upcoming events or a quaint little lunch in the courtyard. Food was lovely, so delicious. Can't thank Adrian, Corey and his team for helping me to style our sons christening lunch, their customer service was incredible.
