Many take-away and dine in experiences from new and old premises - never any complaints, food is always delicious and consistent, staff and owner really nice and helpful. Will always come back and recommend Lion Thai ️ As a vegetarian the red curry with tofu +cashew nuts is always the best, if you can handle spice.

Nicest Thai take away I have ever eaten. Everything is cooked fresh and tastes beautiful. Certainly with the money.

Husband and wife team, the wife does all the cooking. Its been over 7 years since we were last here, as we were in the area we called in as they have new premises. All the dishes were so good and really tasty. We were so glad we returned and we will be returning

Our favourite food done well. Massamam curry very watery, well below Chilli Thai nearby.
Lovely relaxed restaurant although you have to chase service even though not busy.

Great venue. Great staff. The manager is part of the old guard in providing excellent quality control through visiting each table personally. The food is consistent. High recommend!

Excellent service, great restaurant and very affordable prices. Had to take away because the restaurant was packed. Well worth booking in advance if you want to eat in!

The food was average but way overpriced for the portion size given (half the bowl was full of shredded cabbage and carrot)
The table was way too small for 4 people to comfortably eat on, even staff were struggling to fit an average amount of dishes on the table without a part of the plate hanging off the edge
Pad Thai was a let down i would not recommend the dish as it lacked flavour and tasted like stodgy noodles with plain vegetables
Staff weren't very friendly
Overall a poor experience and will not be returning.

First time here, amazing taste and service. Just need a little patience when you see tables are full of patrons, but worth it.

This place really is a hidden gem. We often get takeaway from here and it never disappoints. Great food and good portion sizes. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the new restaurant looks great.

It’s overqualified base on my personal experience. Fancy decorations with averaged service and under average "Thai" food.

By far the best Thai in the northern suburbs in my books. The peanut chicken and tamarin chicken is A tier - the new venue is great as well!

Owners Nick and Tukta have brought the 'Flavour of Thailand' to our doorstep and we can't get enough. We now live walking distance to Lion Thai and couldn't be happier. We try different dishes and haven't been disappointed yet. We definitely have our favourites. See you again on Wednesday!

The worst Pad Thai ever.very badly burnt peanut
taste complained and
waited 30 minutes to get the same thing again!
the manager insisted I pay even though I could not eat it.

Wonderful new location, very tastefully decorated.
The food there is beyond delicious, without a doubt the best thai I've ever tasted, would have to be the best in Perth, highly recommended

Staffs are friendly but the food is horrible for the price. Tried em out for their high rating. We have had better Thai food that is much cheaper and of better quality. One of the worst Pad thai's i have ever had. Extremely disappointed!

Love the new restaurant, now the noise level is lower, much better.

Delicious food, had Chicken Pad Thai and Spring Rolls. Pad thai was just mouth watering with very fresh chicken and very good quantity. Spring rolls were awesome too and the sauce/dip they came with.
