My results are awesome! My smile improved a lot, very happy with the process. James the dentist understood all what I wanted and helped me to design a really nice smile, and about the customer service they even answer on weekends

I have just finished my clear aligners treatment with Linea and I couldn’t be more happy with the result and the service I received from Linea. They are well priced and you get a team of in-house (Linea) dentists as well as an in-person dentist overlooking the whole process.

Linea customer service is absolutely amazing. They addressed all my concerns in a timely manner and was available 7 days a week. They even arranged for one of the dentists to call me and addressed any concerns I had with IPR (and assured me that it’s totally safe).

They paired me up with my dentist, Michelle Nguyen (@Syndal Dentistry) and she was really careful and thorough throughout the process. She checked to make sure my teeth were fine to undergo the treatment process at the start (including getting filling done prior to the treatment) and that they were aligning properly throughout the process.

I remember I wasn’t 100% happy with the result after I completed the first set of aligners and they actually reviewed the plan and arranged for additional aligner retainers (for a few more adjustments) at no additional cost to give me the smile I am absolutely happy with! Overall, great result, great experience and absolutely amazing customer service from Linea!
