I had a really good experience with
Linea, I was exploring my options and came across their business and am glad I did. Their customer service was always great, with prompt responses all throughout my journey. They explained the whole process very clearly and ensured that my teeth were staying on track with monthly progress photo uploads online and an in person appointment with the dentist around every 6 weeks.

I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist but my assigned dentist Dr JY at Officer Smiles was amazing, the quality of service and his expertise made the experience a lot better.

Because Linea were tracking my teeth progression consistently, they were able to identify when my teeth weren't tracking as well as they should be and gave me multiple options on what steps I could take. I went with the refinement plan, and although it took a bit longer, I'm very happy with the final product.

Overall, I would recommend this place if you want a budget friendly way to fix your teeth, while still having the process monitored by a dentist. Their staff and quality of service is also really good for the price.

It’s been a delightful journey working with Linea to get my teeth fixed up! In all honesty my teeth were not a severe case to begin with, it all started with my lazy self neglecting retainers after getting braces from way back. Their affordable price for the whole procedure would surprise you by the end as everything is well carried out, including thorough explanation of exactly what to expect both during and after the process. The Linea team and their assigned dentist Dr Kelvin have been immensely helpful and professional throughout the whole service, and i left with nice fitted teeth after 6 months with little visible gap. I’ve also enjoy the monthly check-ins with the Linea assistant David virtually as they made me feel well taken care of and the effort Linea put in to achieve customer satisfaction! AND JUST BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN ALL POSITIVE DOES NOT MEAN I AM A BOT THEY ARE REAAAAL GOOD FOR A NEW BRAND!

I recently completed my teeth straightening journey with Linea aligners which was a quite good experience from start to finish. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive, addressing all my questions and concerns. I met with my dentist Dr. Dan from Studio Smiles through them and he is very knowledgeable and always provides clear guidance. I received progress feedbacks from my dentist through the monthly photos. I also saw the dentist few times to check the progress which was covered by Linea. We decided to go with a treatment which avoided unnecessary intervention (like removing wisdom teeth), they did everything possible (after the treatment completed we wanted to move the front teeth more and they sent me additional sets which was again free) and the results are good —my teeth have transformed, and I now have a more confident smile. I highly recommend Linea for their efficient process, excellent support, and good results.

I found Linea via Instagram and after some research, chose them due to their explained process, cost and reviews. The customer experience is top notch, meaning you have a dedicated contact via WhatsApp, meaning you get support every step of the way and can ask questions as you need. Seeing a dentist throughout allowed me to completely trust the process and Stanley Street and Abbotsford dentist were amazing. I did 6 months but after that decided with the dentist to do a little more of an alignment which was all straightforward and covered in my treatment plan. The monthly progress updates with Linea were good to know that everything was going to plan. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and looking forward to whitening my newly perfect smile (thanks to the whitening kit included in my treatment)! I would highly recommend Linea to anyone. For years I have wanted to straighten my teeth but I never had the courage or resources to do so. There are alot of aligner companies out there ranging from the high end such as Invisalign to the smile direct club. They all have their pros and cons but what differentiated Linea apart (aside from its affordability) is the hybrid treatment approach. You will be assessed by a professional dentist in person for the initial assessment and scan as well as every few months throughout the whole treatment plan which personally makes me for more at ease as opposed to doing it all at home by yourself which could leave room for error and judgment. The Linea team will also touch base every month to check in on your progress which adds another level of service of care to the treatment.
Overall, I am very happy with my results and able to smile confidently now. I highly recommend Linea if you are looking to straighten your teeth. They are fantastic company with an exceptional quality of service towards their patients.

My Experience with Linea has been outstanding. The selection of Clinic and Dentist was excellent. The customer service was also amazing. They constantly check up on you to make sure that you are well looked after.

Linea was great. The process was easy to follow and the whole experience was seamless from the dentist (Dr Nikka), great customer service throughout the process to keep on top of things, and I'm really pleased with the result. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with my Linea experience. After doing a lot of research on different clear aligner brands, the main reason I chose Linea was because, unlike some of the other cheaper brands, you get to see a dentist the whole way through. I wanted that peace of mind knowing that if I had any questions or concerns I could speak to them face-to-face, instead of doing it all myself from home.
The clear aligners are crystal clear. Even with the small, tooth coloured attachments on my teeth, few people could pick I had the aligners in.
I wore them all day and night and only took them out for eating. I never had any pain or discomfort. The only time they feel slightly uncomfortable is the first day or so each fortnight when you put in a new set of aligners.
After 6 months my teeth look great and I'm very happy with the results.
I also loved the fact I had a case manager that I could speak to or ask questions 24/7 via WhatsApp.
Dr Michelle at Syndal Dentistry was helpful and professional during my multiple visits and i highly recommend them as a dentistry.
The whole process from start to finish was seamless and professional and I'm very happy I made the decision to get clear aligners with Linea.
If you don't want to cut corners, and dont feel comfortable doing the whole process by yourself at home with one of the cheaper brands, then I would absolutely recommend Linea. It's totally worth it and I wish I had of done it sooner!

I did the research as there are a LOT of different companies offering clear aligners. I went with Linea as they were very affordable and, because you work with them and a dentist, I trusted it would work. The service was fantastic and tracking your progress is easy. Dr Nikka at Stanley St Dental was great and I'm very happy with the outcome!

I had a great experience with Linea. The process is straightforward.you get contacted by a rep, they go through the details, fees etc over the phone and then they help book you in to see a dentist for your consult.
I had a lovely dentist named Michelle at Syndal dentistry.
Throughout the treatment, I received support and monthly check ins via WhatsApp from a Linea rep. This is a nice touch as the lines of communication are always open if needed.
I have had Invisalign in the past and have to say that there was no difference in the treatment compared with Linea which is at a much more affordable price point.
I am happy with the results and would recommend to anyone needing teeth alignment

Fantastic experience from start to finish. It was great having a local dentist linked into the service that I could discuss the process with in person and also handy to have the Linea customer service readily accessible if needed. I saw the results I was looking for in just 6 months and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family looking to do the same!

Amazing professional service and care for patients. The orthodontists linked to the Linea company were fabulous and it was reassuring to have an expert check in with your progress to make sure all was on track, rather than using companies who send out DIY at home kits. I’ve talked to people who have had Invisalign and from what I can tell there is very little difference in the processes carried out - but it’s a third of the cost. Thrilled with the results and would highly recommended linea to anyone who is considering!

From start to finish, amazing experience. Love the hybrid nature of it, where I'd post progress pictures and get feedback coupled with dentist supervision. This was perfect as someone with a busy schedule.

The dentist I was assigned to was also so good, provided overall dental care, not only tracking progress. Cannot recommend the whole team enough! Customer service is 10/10, so accomodating to making sure I get my aligners/retainers on time as I am travelling. The reminders to post updates as well is so helpful!

Incredibly happy with the results! The service from my dentists and the Linea support team was exceptional. The only feedback I have is to not move to the next aligner unless they fit perfectly with no gaps, and to use the chewys religiously. Wearing aligners can be tedious but don’t try and rush it or it will prolong the process. Trust me, it’s worth it in the end!
