Always friendly service. Amazing fresh food that comes out of the kitchen quickly.

First time customer here and so disappointed, eggs Benedict looked good at table but my takeaway was terrible, eggs over cooked to the point of hard boiled, bacon over cooked, toast dry, the sauce non existent and for the price, so disappointed as with a lot of takeaway meals from popular joints here in Perth.

Coffee is great – flavoursome and bold.
The service could be better – more friendly, welcoming and consistent.

I may come back and try the food.

Great value for money as the servings are pretty big. Was sceptical when walking in as the fridges made the food look a little old, but all was fresh and delish. Hot chocolate was yum and all came out so promptly with great service. Unexpected find and will be back

Ordered fruit that and coffee. The toast came out one hand burnt and one half to cooked, it was chewy and inedible. Attempted to tell cafe owner and they dismissed me saying the bread is ordered daily.
I used to love this place and the service but unfortunately my friends and i won't be coming back.

Great service, great food. Little noisy, but a great little place. Just moved to the area, and will certainly be making a habit to become a regular

The food was on Point the portions were massive like I feel like my photo should be on the wall just to finishing the dish and best of all they gave you a serrated knife to cut through that damn sourdough bread

The milkshakes are great! But the chips were undercooked and it made the experience a little lacking.

Apart from the lack of parking at 7: 00 am, my colleagues and I had a great breakfast meeting with very speedy service.great playlist too in the background playing. Thanks Lincoln's

Nice place for quiet breakfast or lunch. Tables inside, outside on front street pathway or on verandah.

Absolutely loved this little gem of a place! Came down with my fiance for breakfast and coffee and it didn't disappoint. I had the eggs Benny with bacon and my partner had the same but with halloumi! Both were winners! The coffee was great as well! Bought a kilo bag to use at home! Will be back!

Nice little find this. Went on Wednesday for lunch trying something new out of the entertainment book. Wife enjoyed the salmon and I had the crispy pork belly salad. Clean quiet lunch spot in a residential area. Food quality was good and the wraps and sandwiches in the display cabinet look worthwhile o try for a return visit.

Ordered a Breakfast Roll (more like a burger) and will never be back again. The bun was stale and took a steak knife to cut through. The inside was burnt and clearly tasted reheated, more than once. Customer service was just as stale from the front of counter staff. The one star is for the okay coffee. Warning, don't eat here.

I ordered from Lincolns 102 on Uber eats, in which the Uber driver stole my food. When I called Lincoln’s, to ask if my Uber driver had definitely picked up my order, they were so kind and gave me the information, so I told them I would re order anyway. And they sent an extra little treat with a cute message. Very lovely customer service. Also the coffee and food was amazing:) thank you guys!

We drove there about 40 mins, as due all the reviews I was expecting something really special. Unfortunately for me it’s just an average caffe. Food is alright, I founded it a bit price for the fact that it’s not a venue with a view or any specialities. My partner had big breakfast and he said it’s quite average for the price (he never eats anything else when we go out for breakfast so I guess he could really tell comparatives between places). I had mine avocado toast with extra salmon on side. Should admit that the portion of salmon was generous. Probably come back for coffee if I’ll be in this area again.

5 mins walk away from home. Amazing little corner neighbourhood cafe! Will come here every week for a good pick me up!

Service and location we're great. Food was OK. Bacon too salty and savoury muffin was lacking oomph.

Food and coffee great but customer service was quite poor. Both waiters I encountered seemed like they were having a bad day and weren’t shy about showing it.
