When I got to the cafe I realized it had another name. Now his name is Chocolate. They told me there is a new owner now. Anyway, the place has a good atmosphere with a good view of the streets of Perth, the food is very good. I ordered a Smash Avo with egg. The cappuccino was good

Still one of my favourite quiet cafe’s in Perth. Tucked away in Mt Lawley, only a stones skip away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Easy to find, easy parking. Always a breeze for the tables outside, and huge windows inside with the sun pouring in. Great service, sweet owners, … quality coffee and brekkie/brunch options.

Got the Eggs Benedict with Beef from this place. Well cooked. The place also makes good coffee. I think the eggs were 24 dollars

Julia and I went for a walk last Sunday and came across this little gem, we found a seat by the window and settled without any expectations, our friendly waitress cleaned the table and brought us 2 menus, this is an interesting assortment of traditional and individual dishes, I ordered the Omelette with leg ham with swiss cheese and tomato, a very good choice as it turns out and Julia had the the vegan stack, she assures me it was delicious plus very good coffee, truly a delightful find thankyou and highly recommended

The food. The Big Breakfast is a good portion for all people with it having high quality bread, 3 tasty sausages and a grilled tomato. It also a has a decent portion of grilled mushrooms that will melt in your mouth. The scrambled eggs is a perfect presentation being cooked just right with chives on the top. The hash brown is well seasoned and well cooked, though it could’ve been slightly more cooked. Now for the Egg’s Benny. The bread compliments well with the bacon/ham/ depending what you choose as well as mushrooms being an option though my group did not have that. The Hollandaise is a bit rich and they maybe should have a bit less depending on your likings. The salad is also simple but tasty and a good add on to the meal. Note that one of the Egg’s Benny that my group had added a Hash brown for an extra $4. The poached eggs are also perfectly cooked with runny yolks. Now for the special that was only available during this time. It has crispy bacon, bread, hollandaise and poached egg that has running yolk coming right out of it. It has also has a Italian style Hash brown that tastes slightly different to the normal one. Now for the drinks. The coffee was a perfect amount of hotness and it has sugar and a good amount of milk. It unfortunately comes with no marshmallows but that’s not a big problem. The Chocolate Milkshake does not have the best presentation but it is a good portion size and tastes good with a good amount of cocoa. The cold pressed orange juice tastes fresh and doesn’t have too much sugar, so it tastes nice and raw. The Banana & Berry smoothie was good because you could taste all the fruity flavours as well as it being a good portion size. The service is okay as you have to wait a bit to get your table cleaned, though the wait is exceptional. Finally the atmosphere is peaceful, especially on the outside on the quite streets. 8.5/10

Enjoyed every single bites that was offer from our dish. The presentation and the decorations makes us dooling and hungry. While the potions was enough to filled up our tummy.

We had an eggs bennie with salmon, another with bacon and the kids had pancakes. Eggs were perfect. Lots of salmon and bacon. Pancakes were perfect. So good we had to go again a second time. Friendly service. Fair prices. Do not leave Perth without trying.

Just my favourite place for breakfast and lunch. Lovely staff and very tasty, very fresh great healthy food and plenty of V, G and other options. Lots of different beverages, great cakes, yummy baked goodies and a great neighbourhood vibe. We’ll always go back for more.

Great little cafe off the main drag. The food has always been fantastic. I do love my Eggs Benny, but they do it with ham off the bone sometimes. Which is amazing, so always check if they have some. Definitely try their specials as well, have been fantastic. Plenty of snacks, and other things. Coffee has been good here as well. Staff always friendly and eager to help.
Plenty of room to sit inside and outside. Definitely worth the visit.

As a local in Highgate, Lincolns is always consistent with great food and coffee. Having said that this review is more about the staff. They are just super friendly and helpful. I found a lost Pomeranian on Lincoln street which I couldn't take home to find the owner as I have three dogs. They could not do enough to help out. They were just the nicest team of people, they kept her cool and gave her some food and water. Thanks guys, you're the best. I believe you found little Pommy her home too. You are an assett to the neighbourhood.

I always wanted to try this cafe and I’m glad finally I made it. Great coffee, great ambience in great neighborhood. Now I get it why it gets the high rating. The food is so yum!

Ducked in for a takeaway, grabbed two coffees and a pastry.
Pastry was quite nice and flavourful, unfortunately we both found the coffee's burnt and undrinkable.

Great coffee and awesome plant based burgers for Vegans. A very busy little cafe that never disappoints.

Lincoln's is my go-to for breakfast most mornings. They're brekky wrap is honestly one of the best in Perth. Great scrambled eggs, delicious bacon, the right amount of sauce and spinach that doesn't over power the other flavours but adds to it. The coffee can occasionally be hit or miss, but the overall experience is relaxed neighbourhood dining with hospitality and good food.

Ripper little Cafe with attentive staff. Beef Hash is great, Huge Eggs Hollandaise and decent Waffles/Pancakes. Can't go wrong if looking for a decent Breakfast.

Best coffee I’ve had. If I was stupidly rich I’d buy this cafe and employ the staff to make coffee exclusively for me. Top notch.

This is a nice coffee shop serving a variety of food choices. I enjoyed the savoury muffin and the coffee was also well prepared. We sat outside as the weather was perfect, but sittings are avilable inside, too.

Been here 3 times now and every time the food, coffee and service has been exceptional. This morning in particular the service was very friendly. Service is really up there with food and coffee as an important factor in the rating of a cafe and this place delivers. Just makes you happy to give them your business knowing that they're decent people. Will happily return.
